Hopefully this can be resolved without the need for legalities and continuous slanderVersons Auto Sales have signed the title over to ***, Versons Auto Sales did not receive ANY funds for payment on said vehicleAll funds were received by [redacted] and credited to ***, not Versons Auto SalesAgain the customer or the [redacted] Rep can contact the given number to resolve this issue and Versons will provide documents showing all good faith on its partIt is suggested [redacted] Scott request a copy of any monies credited to ANY one regarding this claim to verify who benefited and contact the correct parties regarding thisVersons has completed title work and released the title to [redacted] there is nothing more we can doA copy of the title is readily on hand and can be submitted to anyone necessaryWe can not submit a physical title as we do not have it

there may have been mileage rollback/rollover on10/16/Please be advised Versons received this car from the auction on 10/17/Upon further review of the car check it is listed this vehicle was reported at the Auction on 10/16/Please use this date as assurance Versons was not in possession of the car at the time of the noted rollover/rollback as we purchased the car after the notationIf you notice it does appear issues began around 02/thru 04/and again around 10/16/As Versons would not be able to refund monies during the time the car was purchased and used, we would like the opportunity to put you in a car of choice if we can agree to termsPlease contact Andrea directly at *** to discussWe are open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 7pmAgain, please accept our apologies and note we did not rollback miles on your vehicle and it is not our practice to do so with any vehicle

I do not accept this resolution because I would like a full refund because I have gotten the run around from day one. Versons Auto Sales has not been helpful in any way. I was not given the opportunity to have the car checked nor was a car fax offered. Upon my purchase I pulled up a car fax on my own & found that the car was previously in 2 accidents. Also, Versons allowed me to drive off the lot without an inspection sticker as well as attempted to give me an altered one because they told me I can just come pick one up as well as knowing that if I would go to an place on my own I would not be able to pass a certified inspection.I  was told that everything was taken care of after my niece test drove the car & told Versons that the check engine light was on and I was told that it was taken to auto zone for diagnostic which was told to me that a cluster which is illegal to fix was needed or a floater, however on the day after the purchase I took the car to Auto Zone because the car was making noises and received two full pages of issues that were provided to Versons and also my brother and certified mechanic checked the vehicle and spoke with Versons and they gave them a hard time regarding the issues of the vehicle . Every time I call into Versons I am unable to get assistance and it takes time to get to who I need to speak with. The owner is never available. I made many attempts to have the car fixed & was told that I needed to pay 50 dollars finally after multiple attempts to get car fixed within first three days. They rolled back the mileage on the odometer. This car sales has just been a total mess. I have loss time at work and money. When I went in for an inspection sticker I was told that the man was not there and given the run around again so I asked [redacted] can I get a refund and was told that I could but it could not be done until Monday 1/**/14. While at work my daughter brung in the car and was told we had to pay 50 for each day we had the car which I don't think it's fair because on Saturday when I requested the refund I was told I had to wait which is not my fault a refund should be able to be processed on any day I think they wanted me to assess more fees. Now I am told that I would have to get a voluntary repo and cannot get a refund which they have the car in their possession and now they are willing to fix the car but it will take a week or so and they have not offered a loaner or pushed back my payments bring that I don't have the car. I have many witnesses regarding this matter and if any further legal matter is required I am definitely willing to do so. The car is indeed a lemon Versons has the papers from Auto Zone which I brung to them stating that something is wrong with the engine & the mechanic found water in the engine. I just prefer to pay my monies elsewhere and not deal with this scamming car lot. So no I do not accept this resolution and would like to keep my complaint active.

[redacted] have not sent over the title to [redacted] if they had did what they were supposed to have done then this wouldn't still be an issue. [redacted] is still waiting to pay off the car and they cant do that because theirs no title, now who have the title is a mystery and if [redacted] who is the owner of verson auto would have done the paper work right and put Independent Dealership Service on the title then all this would be over... [redacted] recieved a check from [redacted] paying off the contract of tghe [redacted] so since Verson Auto got why is it so difficult for everybody else to get paid. [redacted] and I [redacted] wants to get paid and if this problem dont get resolve soin we will take it to small claims court
