Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:i have read this response from The Pampered Pony I feel sending my sons only remains of his much loved pet away is unacceptableI ha e been fooled and let down once already [redacted] , I sent my materials in June I would not have sent the only remaining thing in the mail untracked and with no returned address or contact really she was able to contact me for payment [redacted] * [redacted] [redacted]

I originally spoke with my client last summer when she called to inquiry about having something special made for her son using tail hair from his recently deceased horseDuring the conversation we discussed my pricing and some options she was interested in having madeWe decided that we would wait
until her package came in to confirm her order details.In November she contacted me regarding her orderI explained to her that I had not recieved a package with her information on itI also did not have a way to contact her prior to find out when she had sent her orderDuring this conversation we determined that she had not included any contact information on her package, or in her package that would allow me to know who the package belonged toWe were able to identify her package through the packaging type and hair colorShe asked me to make her a hatband and something that her son could hang off of his hockey bagShe did not know exactly what she wanted so requested that I “make it nice for him”When I asked her what her budget was she told me there was no budget and to make whatever I could.On December she contacted me regarding her order, she informed me she would be on vacation until December 28thI did not hear back from her after that, so I decided to send her order to her prior to payment so that she would be able to give them to her son when they returnedI decided that I would send the invoice and allow her to pay when she was back from vacationHer order was received at the post office on December and was delivered on January The tracking can be viewed at www.canadapost.ca using the tracking number *** On December I contacted her to let her know I shipped her package and requested her email address so I could send her invoice, which I did immediately after she sent the email addressOn January I contacted her regarding her invoice with no response, I also resent her invoiceI contacted her again on January 22, again with no responseI contacted her again on January and she responded upset that it took months to get her order and saying she thought she had a few weeks to payI reminded her of the problem we had with the order regarding the lack of contact information, which caused the delay in her order.On January I tried to contact her again regarding her invoice, with no responseOn February I contacted her, again no responseOn February I contacted her againThis time I informed her that if she was not happy with the items I would take them back as a returnThere was no response, however a few days later she sent an etransfer for $stating that it was her payment in full for “plain and boring items” I did not deposit the etransfer at that point.On February I responded to her etransfer stating that the amount was not the full amount owedAgain I offered to take the items back if she was not satisfied with them for any reason, however if she wanted to keep the items I would require payment in fullThere was no response.On February and I tried to contact her again, she did not respond either timeOn February 15th I contacted her again and she respondedThe message she wrote was difficult to understand and I was unsure of what her point of view wasShe ended by stating she was speachless that I would ask her to return the items considering their sentimental valueShe also mentioned she would be seeking legal advice, which I encouragedI again offerd for her to return the items if she was not satisfied with them, or to pay the remaining balance of $At this point I deposited her etransfer for $and told her that I accepted her payment as a partial payment towards her outstanding invoice and asked that the balance be paid by March She then agreed to send back the items and asked what I would pay her for themI apologized for not understanding he question and she did not respond.On March no payment was received and I sent her another message through *** requesting either the payment or the return of the itemsShe then blocked me so I was no longer able to contact her.On March I sent the invoice with the balance owing on it to her to her email addressI requested that she send payment or the return the itemsI told her I was no longer able to contact her through *** and if I did not get a response from her through email that I would attempt to call her or contact her through mutual parties.I am very concerned at the allegations of threatening emailsThere has never been a threatening email, message, phone call, etc sent from myself or my business which I have worked hard to build and take great pride in.I have tried my best to work with my client, I offered payment after delivery, I offered delayed payment dates, I offered to take back the items she felt were unsatisfactoryI am not sure how else to rectify this situationThank you for your attention regarding this matter,Colleen M***
