we looked up the order for ** *** and this is what we show for her order. clearly this never reached the destination as it still says IN TRANSIT. We will resend a new one to her from our corp offices vs our NC facility so it can ship priority since she clearly never received the

over not getting back to you via email abt your order.  This issue was brought to my attention to
look into and our dist. Center which ships our packages out pulls all reports

if any redemption or voucher number is missing it will not print the ship

It needed to be entered in the sco coupon code #1 box on the
shipping address screen when you signed up with the groupon. 
Our customer support should have responded back to your
emails so if that didn’t occur as you stated - they dropped the ball so we have
to get that issue fixed internally to speed up response times so that is what I
will make sure happens. 
The posts on facebook are all from same reason – few people
out of thousands purchased are not putting their groupon code on the screen
which the redemption instructions state to add.
