We paid you the remaining balance shown on the invoice The owner called that night and again said we still owe them $ I tell him I'm not paying that, I already paid the remaining balance on the invoice In April 2016, the owner shows up at my home, and says we still owe him $ He doesn't bring a copy of the invoice, just keeps telling me to look at my copy of the invoice My husband and I are extremely frustrated at this point but I review the invoice over and over, and finally figure out that their office made an error, and entered $more than what our initial deposit was I was extremely irritated that they did not take the time to own up to their mistake and explain it to me They just expected me to figure out their error and pay them We did give them the check for the remaining amount but the whole experience was incredibly frustrating Would never do business with them again
