I have been purchasing Major shine for more then 10 years from vertex ind. inc. This is a exceptional product.... But Stephanie's attitude in customer service is less then desirable. I was attempting to make a phone order and the poor girl was clueless about the product . She was unaware of different size options. It was a mess so she got frustrated and told me she would have her manager call me right back 10-15 min. tops. I waited 15 min. and called back and she said 10 min. OK?! So I just went online and ordered what I needed with free shipping . So I was happy . 24 hours later stephanie returns my call. But before she spoke with me she sent in the order that had been emailed to her with all of my credit card info that I told the first girl to erase. So I got charged twice! After specking with stephanie I told her I had already ordered online. She seemed upset like I should have waited. I check my business account every morning and Saw I was charged twice . So I called Stephanie and she said well I canceled it you should see a credit. The point is that I should have never ever been charged twice! And I wish that she would have been more professional and apologize for the mistake on her part and for not getting back to me in a timely manor. Major shine is Awesome Stephanie not so much.... Hire help that helps not help that hurts .
