OVERPRICED AND LAZY WORK ETHIC WITH UNFINISHED JOB Brought my Porsche Cin for the IMS replacementWayne over charged, lied about everything getting installed, left transmission bolts out and blew an OsensorI took it to a different mechanic and they immediately saw that the transmission bolts were missing, osensor, etc but also Vertex didn't put any of bottom plastic panels back on and left a sway bar completely offWayne blamed it on someone else and was a nightmare to deal with and on top of that they over priced everything an never offered a discount for their terrible work and customer serviceLastly, Wayne wanted to break my window when my key fob wasn't working and wouldn't unlockI got AAA to unlock the Porsche WITHOUT breaking the windowWhy would Wayne go straight to breaking my window?? The problem with the key fob? A dead batteryNEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE

Everyone is not on the same page and I had to call them in order to get my refund
March 9,2016, I ordered part noXXXXXXXXXXXEPS Cayenne Drive shaft repair clamping support mount for an upgraded part for my Porsche Cayenne, Invoice XXXXXXMy mechanic said he couldn't get the part on my vehicleSo I returned the part before the day return policyI called after I saw I didn't receive my refundThe person told me he was going to refund me my money to my accountI paid $the part but I was refunded $He never mentioned a restock fee because on there website it is not clearI had my aunt call back to ask them was there a restock feeThe guy put her on hold to askShe was told if it there part it's no charge (which it was) but if it was a part they had to order from some other place it would be a 15% restock chargeNot sure exact date I sent the email last week but the responded by April As of today I haven't heard anything back from them
