I am a new customer with VerusI switched to them because my Medicare approved provider seemed overwelmed with the additional businessIt was difficult to speak with someone who could do something, and I spent a lot of time listening to recordings and being misdirected When I contacted Verus, was able to get it straight the first timeEvery time I called them, I spoke to a REAL human being after being directed by the automatic answering system to the appropriate person While one item was misdirected by the shipper, they responded immediately to correct the problemSo far, I am impressed with their organization and the friendliness and competence of their staff

Verus has representatives call every days to ask if you need supplies Fine The rep that called earlier this week asked if I had any air leakage problem with my current cpap maskI stated that the only problem that I was having is that the elastic straps that hold the mask in place were losing tension even with the proper adjustments made The rep offered to send me a new mask The mask was delivered a few days later with no elastic bands to hold it on your headA representative from "quality control" called to explain that the straps could only be supplied every months Had the original rep explained that to me I would not have ordered the mask at all at this time Poor communication by the original rep and no attempt by the "quality control" rep to help They could have offered to sell me the straps but did not even bother to ask

I reported an issue with Versus Healthcare last week and I wanted to report they stepped up to the plate to help me, provided a loaner CPAP machine while mine is being repaired and treated me with respect and consideration They also pledged to investigate the delay in my part shipment and my their phone number was not working This is the type of service every company should provide for their customers, especially when their lives are at stake Thank you!!

Had the original rep explained that to me I would not have ordered the mask at all at this time. Poor communication by the original rep and no attempt by the "quality control" rep to help. They could have offered to sell me the straps but did not even bother to ask.

When I contacted Verus, was able to get it straight the first time. Every time I called them, I spoke to a REAL human being after being directed by the automatic answering system to the appropriate person.
While one item was misdirected by the shipper, they responded immediately to correct the problem. So far, I am impressed with their organization and the friendliness and competence of their staff.

I am displeased with this company. The masks, both nasal and nose mask cause huge discomfort. The nasal mask is unpleasant. It enters the nostril and the hard plastic insert is hardly what I would describe as a pillow. The nose mask causes a painful rash and they won't provide an alternative until my insurance date approves. They don't care that it makes the machine unusable and they're still charging for the "rental." The hose on both masks leaks at the point it connects to the mask.
