I went to Majestic Communication in Oshawa, Five Points Mall about one month ago to replace [redacted] batteryPaid cash $without the receipt, the associate told me that I have days warranty on that batteryI brought it home and charged it per directions given by a girl who was working there but the phone was not working properly right awayThe battery still last not long, had to charge my phone twice a daySo went back to the store and they change again the battery and the guy told me that he will gave me money back if it doesn't work within daysThey said I have days warranty on that new batterySo I give it a try, again no change and the battery still didn't last long and again had to charge my phone twice a dayAlmost month passed and nothing change, still have the same problem my phone didn't get fixed like they promisedI called the store and a guy told me to come in so they will return my moneyI went to the store they took the battery of from my phone and tried to give me my [redacted] back without the battery and pay me back $I brought my phone to fix with [redacted] battery that worked the same as the battery they replaced, I was so disappointed on their service, when I told a girl that was not right she said that they will gave me different battery and if it doesn't work she doesn't careI waited for the manager or the owner to come to the store, he ignored me he didn't even let me finished my one sentence, he walk away from me like I didn't existI have never experienced anything like that in my life; they were very rude to meI went to another shop and they identified [redacted] Communication for using very chip batteries from China, which with insufficient output voltage due to low, low qualityI happen to know the "no refund or exchange" policies are voided for sub-standard workmanship or parts for exactly not to want to deal with costumers that are not happy with their serviceI wouldn't recommend this place to anyone; they are so nice to you when you come to the store to get your money as soon as they take it they don't care about their costumersIt is worth to spend some more money and get perfect product and be happy [redacted]

I brought it home and charged it per directions given by a girl who was working there but the phone was not working properly right away. The battery still last not long, had to charge my phone twice a day. So went back to the store and they change again the battery and the guy told me that he will gave me money back if it doesn't work within 14 days. They said I have 14 days warranty on that new battery. So I give it a try, again no change and the battery still didn't last long and again had to charge my phone twice a day. Almost month passed and nothing change, still have the same problem my phone didn't get fixed like they promised. I called the store and a guy told me to come in so they will return my money. I went to the store they took the battery of from my phone and tried to give me my [redacted] back without the battery and pay me back $35. I brought my phone to fix with [redacted] battery that worked the same as the battery they replaced, I was so disappointed on their service, when I told a girl that was not right she said that they will gave me different battery and if it doesn't work she doesn't care. I waited for the manager or the owner to come to the store, he ignored me he didn't even let me finished my one sentence, he walk away from me like I didn't exist. I have never experienced anything like that in my life; they were very rude to me.
