Mr. [redacted] took out an auto loan in 2008 when he was a member of Best Advantage Credit Union in Brillion (Best Advantage Credit Union merged into CitizensFirst Credit Union, which is now Verve, a Credit Union, in 2014).  In December 2011, Mr. [redacted] had his car repossessed for failure to pay...

the loan.  After the car was sold at auction, the remaining delinquency was Mr. [redacted] responsibility and Mr. [redacted] was informed of that fact.On January 1, 2016, Two Rivers Community Credit Union merged into Verve giving Verve its first credit union branch in Two Rivers.  Verve does not have a branch office in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, where Mr. [redacted] lives.On February 3, 2016, Mr. [redacted] contacted Verve via telephone to discuss the settlement of his loan delinquency with Verve.  We declined Mr. [redacted] settlement offer at that time, which was substantially less than what he owed on the loan debt, and suggested that Mr. [redacted] enter into a monthly payment plan to pay his loan debt in full.  Mr. [redacted] declined to enter into any monthly payment plans. On or around February 6, 2016, Mr. [redacted] went into our Two Rivers branch and demanded that we settle his loan debt at that time.  The branch staff at our Two Rivers location declined his offer and directed him to our Member Solutions department, the same department he had talked with onFebruary 3.On February 12, 2016, Mr. [redacted] again contacted Verve via telephone to demand the settlement of his loan debt.  Again, Verve declined Mr. [redacted] offer of settlement.On March 8, 2016, after a letter that was sent to Mr. [redacted] was returned to the credit union as a wrong address, Verve again talked to Mr. [redacted] via telephone about his loan debt and Mr. [redacted] demanded that we settle with him for less than he owes.  Verve again declined Mr. [redacted] offer of settlement and requested the full amount owed.At this time, Verve is still willing to work with Mr. [redacted] on setting up a monthly payment plan to pay his delinquent loan debt in full.  We understand that Mr. [redacted] may be in a difficult financial situation and we sympathize with his plight. If you have any further questions on this matter, please feel free to contact me.Sincerely,[redacted]

Review: This is about the Two Rivers location.

I offered to resolve an outstanding debt I had with BEST ADVANTAGE CREDIT UNION before it became VERVE. While I cannot pay the full amount owed, I am willing to work with them on a compromise. I felt that I was discouraged from even suggesting anything of the sort. There did not seem to be anyone there that could make any kind of comment or

even suggest what I should do nest. They said that they would send my written request to their lead office.Desired Settlement: I would like to see a compromise that we both could live with. I do not have enough to pay everything but I am willing to pay something to get this taken care of.

I received over 100.00 in fees from unauthorized transactions and talk to them and received 1 fee back but still 100.00 in fees they are holding me to

Review: Citizen's First's adversized Auto Loan Terms on TV, Ad, and on the Web adversite the following:

"Bring your current vehicle loan to CitizensFirst and keep your current low rate (or possibly lower your rate!), plus get up to $500 in cash back. For a limited time, we will give you 1% of the total loan in cash back, just for bringing your loan to us."

After speaking with [redacted], I was offered an excepted loan at either the 1.99% rate I had or the 2.99% rate that was currently be offered. They would not honor the "...plut get up to $500 in cash back" on the 1.99% rate match on either of my auto loans I was attempting to transfer.Desired Settlement: Honor the advertisement. Then remove or modify the advertisement if it was/is incorrect.
