30 days as noted on the[redacted] website under Terms. This is the same website that [redacted] purchased the science kit that he would like to return. eScience provides the 30 days to allow students the chance to return the kit. When a student drops a course, eScience provides ample time to contact eScience to return a purchased kit. The following is disclosed on the eScience Labs website concerning the return policy :
Warranty/Return Policy - Student:
- Customer understands and fully accepts that eScience Labs' kits are warranted only to contain their stated list of equipment and supplies (from the printed inventory sheet).
- Only fully intact and resalable products purchased directly from[redacted] and returned within 30 days of shipment qualify for a refund from eScience Labs. For products purchased from a school bookstore, please contact the bookstore for a complete return policy as it may be different. eScience Labs Returns are subject to the following terms:
- All returns must be pre-approved and require the Customer obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- The Customer is responsible for all return postage (including refused package fees).
- All returned kits will be refunded for the original cost of the kit, less a 10% restocking fee.
- Any kit that is returned without an RMA form that is still eligible within the 30 day policy is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Any kit returned without pre-approval that is outside of the 30 day eligibility policy WILL NOT be refunded. eScience Labs will not be responsible for re-shipping a kit that has come back to our warehouse without permission.
