I bought my first scooter 3 month ago
Martin, the sales manager/owner is the one that "took care of me"

at the time of purchase Martin told me that the first service at 1000 km is very important service and its covered by the manufacture warranty.

I came in to do the service as soon as I reached 1000 km and at the end of the service was asked to pay $281.51
it was big surprise for me and when asked Martin why it is not covered as he promised he denied the fact that he said that this is covered.

I wasn't happy about the accessories prices I got for: helmet, lock, cover and etc but this is debatable so I took the responsibility for buying something that was almost 5 times as much as I could by it else ware
but I can't take responsibility on his lies when there is nothing I can do about it, it is his word against mine.

it's also not make any sense that such as essential service of a brand new scooter will not be covered by the manufacture.
