Review: I had $2600.00 worth of work done on my truck. The work included an oil change and filter along with a new oil pan and gasket, valve cover gasket etc. Less than 3 months and less than 3000 miles, the truck somehow ended up with no oil causing the engine to seize. Mr Tire was not only rude and obnoxious and admitted that there was no evidence of an oil leak, they refuse to make good on the work they had done or to accommodate me in any way. They lost all of my business which included 4 cars and my work vehicle. The receipt states they guarantee their work for 90 days or 4000 miles which neither occurred. Never having a problem with any oil leaks or consumption I now need an engine for my truck that you can't even find a replacement for. So even if I wanted to replace the engine, I can't and the value of the truck is between $6800.00-7000.00. I am looking for compensation for a perfectly running vehicle until Mr. Tire got their hands on it.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the work they had done.
