Review: When I dropped my vehicle off to have the tires changed at this location, I took pictures of my wheels. I am very meticulous about my car and my wheels. Upon completion and pick up I noticed that my wheels had been badly damaged by the company while changing the tires. I brought this to the managers attention as soon as I looked at the tires. He took a few pictures and said someone would be in contact with me. A week later no one had called me. I called and spoke with someone who said they were a manager and that said he would have the regional manager call me. When this person called me I explained what happened, that I had pictures of the before and after. He asked me to text them to him. I did, the texts were refused by the number he asked me to send them to. I called the number that was supposed to be the regional manager and it was actually the location in Rio Grande itself, not the regional managers number. I spoke to the manager again who said he would put this through to the claims department. Weeks went by with no contact. I called Mr. Tire corporate customer service and spoke to a customer service rep there who assured me it would be put through to a claims specialist. Weeks went by with no contact. I called again to corporate customer service to be told that it had been assigned to a claims person, [redacted], and that they would connect me. I left a message for [redacted]. weeks have gone by again with still no response from Mr. Tire, [redacted] or a claims representative. My wheels are possibly ruined on my new MINI Cooper and I can't even get anyone to return a phone call.Desired Settlement: I would either appreciate Mr. Tire paying for a reputable body work company to try and repair the wheels or if that is not possible due to the deep gouges in the wheels to replace them.
