We were out on Lake Havasu with a dead battery We called Vessel Assist and it took them about minutes to get to us They charged us $to tow us to the boat ramp that we launched from When the Vessel Assist employee learned that it was a dead battery he offered to give a jump and see if that would workHe said that he would be over at the boat ramp shortly to make sure my family made it safe and that we were okay The boat died again and we drifted to the dock Waiting there in the dark for him to come by and help like he said he would and we paid for but he never showed up My wife called and the guy answering the office phone said he already went by and was loaded and that they would have to charge us all over again to help us So my wife that has a disabled arm and me with my own disability pulled and pushed our boat around the shore to the ramp to load the boat They never showed up to see if we made it and we were charged the full $
