This is in regards to your December 21, 2015 letter to American Health Network office in Wabash regarding a complaint from [redacted].

appreciated that Ms. [redacted] spoke to me about the response procedures on February 5th, Ms. [redacted] indicated one option was to respond to the patient directly.
Please be advised that as of this date I wrote a letter to the complainant with details of my investigation. I will leave it to him if he wishes to share that letter with you.
After investigating the matter we find that we cannot agree with claimant's allegations. Thank you for being in touch and let me know if there is anything else.

I wanted to respond back. I am not able to accept the answer provided by American Health Network for several reasons. I understand that the Revdex.com acts as a mediator to complaints.
First - The response that was mailed to me was from the corporate office that refused to get involved when I was trying to get the issue fixed before I complained to the Revdex.com and they refused to get involved and stated that all billing and collections are independently handled at each office and they had "no say in their procedure". Now, in the letter, Ms. [redacted] is trying to sound all knowing on the overall procedure. Since she was not part of the original issue then she can't say what was or wasn't offered.
Second - American health Network never attempted to contact me directly to resolve this complaint. If Ms. [redacted] had legitimately attempted to research the complaint then she would have called and asked for specifics.
Third - In the letter sent to me recently Ms. [redacted] stated that a payment plan is available and that they try to work with the patients. Since each office works independently on their billing according to the corporate office and the Wabash Office wouldn't return my calls, a payment plan couldn't be set up.
Fourth - Ms. [redacted] falsified dates in a letter sent to me stating that messages were left to me. A benefit to only having a cell phone is that all incoming calls are tracked and the dates she gave were false.
Fifth - The person that responded is a person that I did not attempt to contact about the issue and is clearly going by third hand information and is inaccurately responding to this.
My complaint specifics have not been addressed correctly or attempted to be resolved. In fact, in was made clear in the letter that Ms. [redacted] has no intention of actually trying to fix the complaint as much as trying to put it behind her.
