As of today, I have not heard from the company and and it's the 16th of May Please reopen complaint

I am still waiting for Mr Vessels to check and repair my roofThere has been no contact as of this dateI thought they were supposed to look at my roof last week [redacted] Complain ID # [redacted]

*** *** showed up very concerned with this matter and went out of his way to fix my problem and did apologize for no return phone call. I was a bit embarrassed because it wasn't the roof
leaking after all, a small portion of my siding had blown away near the tip of the wall. *** repaired this and would not accept any money for the repair or his time. Thanks Vessels roofing and as I stated before, great job on my roof.

The customer had bad siding that was not a part of our contractWe have given her a estimate to put new siding on to correct the problem, now it's up to her

Matter has been resolved per the consumers call to the Revdex.com
