Mark One released Vessyl to the public for pre-orders one year ago on our websiteMark One is not associated with, nor appears on, the Kickstarter platform, and we are not a part of this communityThough we have encountered unanticipated
delays, we continue to release progress updates through the blog, and all early supporters are aware that their orders are completely risk-freeWe have a no questions asked refund policy, and those who have been patient and supportive through these developments have been compensated for the added inconvenience
The original pre-order investment from early supporters is only being used to progress development of the original order as intended, and production continues on Vessyl as well as our production updatesWe pride ourselves in delivering prompt support to customers by addressing concerns as quickly as possibleMark One has been fortunate enough to receive investment from outside organizations, and we use these funds to propel development and cover administrative costsAny investment from outside supporters is used on the development of VessylA new product has been released as part of our development timeline, and this has been made available as a free gift to early supporters
As for the desired resolution, we will be sending out these original orders as soon as they are ready for delivery, so this will be received as soon as possibleOur updates will continue to be released to supporters and on the blog publicly with these major developments, and we continue to provide prompt support on our available platforms

Last time we were required to manage a case with the Revdex.com, the complaint has been left on our profile despite numerous follow ups from our team and on top of the fact that the original issue was correctly resolved

updates as to its future availability. Pryme Vessyl is currently moving through fulfillment to all customers who have opted-in to receive one. Once the product for the particular customer is available, they will receive a final confirmation message to ensure the delivery address is correct. These current updates have been found satisfactory by our tens of thousands of customers. If these are unsatisfactory, a full refund is available at any time, and our team can be reached directly at '[redacted]'. We are happy to help with any questions that anyone may have.
