Last time we were required to manage a case with the Revdex.com, the complaint has been left on our profile despite numerous follow ups from our team and on top of the fact that the original issue was correctly resolved

Once the product for the particular customer is available, they will receive a final confirmation message to ensure the delivery address is correct. These current updates have been found satisfactory by our tens of thousands of customers.
