Issue was originally reported last year, she had requested for the tree to be removed from the common area since the she believed that the roots would create harm to the foundation of the home However given [redacted] requirements, we did not place any action, as it was apparent the issue would affect more than one homeAs of June 2nd, we have confirmed that the roots were pruned and a root barrier will be installed The homeowner was notified and confirmed satisfaction
