All Vestorly software agreements renew at the annual term unless notice is given by the customer 30 days or more before the renewal date. This is normal business practice among "software-as-a-service" companies and is transparently stated in all Vestorly contracts. This contractual agreement between...
Vestorly and [redacted] Premier is clearly stated in the terms of service agreed upon by [redacted] Premier.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Vestorly's response mentions "clearly stated" and the word transparent. I have attached the main page received when I signed up for the service which has no mention of auto-renewal. It also seems to me that no extra cost was incurred by Vestorly as we were not using their service more than 30 days prior to the end of the first term in which they had already received payment for the full year. If 30 days notice is the requirement then why is someone stuck for a full year at renewal given competition's month-to-month arrangement and much lower cost. No effort was made to reach out to me prior to the end of my first year even after no longer utilizing their service for over a month. My phone calls also went unreturned.
