Incorrect/misleading pricing in advertising on their site Their advertising is misleadingThey advertise more than one product per page which shows a photo of bottles and advertise one price for the product(s) When choosing one of the products, the price increases by $ Again today, I received an email that 'they had missed me' and sent me a coupon for money off When I went to their site, put the product in my cart, the price increased as I mentioned above I had to use the coupon code sent to me in order to get the decreased, ADVERTISED PRICING This is deceptive advertising where I live I've tried to address this with them previously with no response from the manager Today they took my number as they've done previouslyI expect to get no response from them again Their advertising is insulting All they have to do is to make a separate page for each of the different products The products are the same but for different sizes in animals Its confus

This company is slow to contact and ship important prescription medications, and very rude to their customers when they try to find out why I placed an order with this company a week ago. I paid EXTRA to have my order within 3 to 5 business days. I'm still waiting. My vet approved the prescription the same day the order was placed, I have verified this with the vet clinic. Vet RX direct waited 3 days until Saturday to inform my vet that the directions where not complete to their liking, and of course my vet wasn't there on a Saturday. I informed my vet myself of the issue the following Monday and he immediately corrected what they wanted and faxed the order. Another 24 hours have gone by now, and the order is STILL not shipped. They've taken my money for this order, my dog is now going to run out of her important medications before the order arrives making me have to go elsewhere to get more meds so my dog doesn't suffer for their negligence, costing me more time and money beca

I wish I had read some of the reviews before placing my orderI placed my order Monday morning so as to have it shipped that day and I would hopefully get it that weekThey are not very bright and could not verify my Vets information...Corrected their little issue but they claim that my vet didnt verify until after the ship time, okI watched it all day Tuesday and it did not ship, on Wednesday I had to chat someone once again to find out why my order was still PENDING shipmentThe rep I had the total displeasure of dealing with was beyond rude as she simply told me that it hadnt been shipped because they couldnt fill my entire order, at this time my only question was "why was I not told of this when I placed my order" or why was my order not partially shipped rather than making me wait without knowing, she stated that "they didnt have to"I asked to cancel my order since its now wednesday and my order will arrive way after the weekend now and it would be cruel to make my animal wait for his prescription and I was told there would be a re-stocking feeThis is not a company who cares about the best interest of the customer, @VetRx if you are reading this my order # was [redacted] , I await your personal apology, not a credit or coupon as it will be wasted as I will never buy anything for my pets from you

Company refuses to replace or provide a refund for dented/damaged cans of Clinicare RF, even after attempting to resolve by email This was email response to meThere is no was to know if the dented cans are "fine to be used" because there's always a risk for botulism which can be deadlyThis item is being fed to a 1/year old pet & I'm about to experiment with the safety of the item based on their unwillingness to address my concern "We apologize if parts of your order were dentedUnfortunately, between receiving the shipments from the manufacturer, and shipping the product to the customer, the product can become dented As long as all cans are still sealed, the product itself is fine to be usedWe are not able to replace dented cans, since we cannot guarantee you will not receive the replacements with dents in them from shipping."

I want to know where my order is already....? You charged my credit card on October 30th, and it November and I still have yet to get a UPS tracking number from you! POOR customer service I will go elsewhere from now on and I want my credit card refunded, NOW!!!

Vet Rx direct's prices are quite reasonable, orders taken care of quickly and sent out faster than any other online pharmacy I've dealt with And, their customer service is the absolute best This is now my go to pet pharmacy I definitely would recommend them

I filed a complaint several months ago against VetRXDirect with the Iowa State Board of Pharmacy for attempting to imply they directly bought supplements and medications from RX VitaminsRX Vitamins does not sell to online pharmacies and states they will not back products sold through these mediumsI have all of this in writing from the company
VetRxDirect assured me through repsonding to the complaint through the office and the Revdex.com that the product is authenticSo, I thought I would give their company a try, because they were so belligerent in their response
Within an hour of administering the products, two times in the last day, my dog vomitsShe vomits no other time than within the time frame of administering theseThere is no reason for her to have this type of reactionShe has taken Phos-bind for nearly a year and has taken a similar renal support formula
I am stopping giving these supplements to my dogI am asking that you reopen the case against VetRxDirect

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The worst customer service ever! I ordered medication and they were supposed to contact my vet for the prescription, but because my vet has several locations under the same name they chose to contact an office other than the one I go toThe order was delayedOK, understandableThe PROBLEM was they never bothered to call or notify me until two days later via emailI responded to the email with the correct fax, yada yada yada and three more days go by with still more problems and no medication shipped outMy vet called them and cleared up the confusion and gave them the correct information, but they too got nowhere! Apparently since my bill to and ship to has different names/address' they couldn't figure out the correct name to request the prescription underOK, again, ridiculous, but I guess it wouldn't have been so bad except that I spoke to a manager who actually asked me about the two different names and I explained the bill to and ship to snafu and yet two days later - no medication sent out AND though assured it would be sent ASAP the next business day (by the manager, no less) when they sent the request to my vet they sent it under the wrong name, AGAIN! Moreover, good customer service should have dictated a phone call from them when there was another problem, but mum's the word from VetRXOne problem after another and ridiculously inept customer serviceMind you, by the way, I had been ordering from this company for several years and through two dogsThe bill to/ship to problem was NEVER a problem for any of the 20+ orders in the past, but suddenly I'm receiving a stern talking to from the managerReally?

There are competitors with comparable pricingDon't waste your time or chance your pet's well being with this companyIn the end, I rather spend $more than put up with the aggravation I've gone through for the past weekOh, and a quote from my vet: "Oh, that companyWe have nothing but problems with them so stay on top of your order."

I ordered from vet rx direct for the 1st time and I am 100% satisfiedMy order was received quickly and everything was correctThey were cheaper than other placesThey even sent a pumpkin pie cookie treat for the dog!!! I will definitely order from here again

I recently went to VetRXDirect.com's website to consider purchasing RX Vitamins Phos-Bind for my dogBefore purchasing the product, I wanted to make sure they were purchasing the product directly from the distributor, because I know online pharmacies do not always do itHere is there response:

The problem is the statement they made is not truthfulI contacted RX Vitamins directly, and they stated they only sell to licensed veterinariansFurthermore, they stated they do not sell any products to VetRxDirect and have no idea where they obtained the Phos-Bind and warned me not to purchase the product from this sellerI will attach RX Vitamins response for your records

On April 2018, I placed Order #*** on the VetRxDirect.com website The order amount of $was immediately charged to my credit card I ordered Over the Counter items (no Prescription required) for my pet cat for a total of $
On April 2018, I received an email from VetRxDirect informing me that I must call them and that my order would NOT be shipped until I talked to their Customer Service Dept I called *** and talked to Brittany Brittany informed me that she needed to "make sure that I was a responsible pet owner," and that was the reason I was required to call VetRxDirect customer service Brittany then informed me that my order will now ship immediately
Late in the day on April 2018, I received ANOTHER email from VetRxDirect informing me that they do NOT have enough items in stock to fill my order, and that again I needed to call them or they would NOT ship my order I called times on April during their published business hours and they do NOT answer their phone
