I would like to receive my refund for the product I sent back
I ordered a product on their site then received a different product in the mailI call and they say the item was discontinuedFrustrated they didn't inform me of that and sent a completely different item, I simply say I don't want this item and they say they will email a return labelI wait and wait then email them to ask about the return labelFinally after that I get itI sent off the item right awayTwo weeks go by and still no refundI call and they swear they have done the refundI ask for the paper work in a email for proof for my credit card companyStill nothing and I have emailed them and talked to them on the phone and all they say is that it has been refunded and they have sent me several emailsI have not received any emails and my card company does not have anything about a refund
