Hi,We received the complaint from Mr [redacted] from several different services such as Revdex.com, Site Jabber, and Resller ratingsWe have tried to reach out to the customer but the phone number he provided on the order is not a valid phone number (***-***-***)We also sent his an email on Monday 2/I noticed the phone number he lists in the Revdex.com complaint is different from the one he registered with VetDepotWe want to make things right with the customer but have been unable to get a hold of him
We recently changed pharmacies as well as underwent a major system upgrade. Unfortunately there were a small number of orders that encountered one or more issues that slowed processing and deliveryThis process is now complete and orders are processing normallyWe have attempted to contact
the customer several times with no response. We are giving the customer a full refund on this order as well as an attractive offer on her next orderThank you very much
Hi,We informed *** that he could simply write refuse on the packaging and usps would return the package to his pharmacyI have included the email chain with *** and our customer service teamWe issued a full refund to the credit card that was used for the order on March 1st
