If I could give this review I wouldI just brought my dog into the clinic because she injested bleach, upon arrival no one was at the front desk or anywhere to be seen so I had to yell to the back to so finally get someoneThen a receptionist came out and told me I had to call a poison pet line and they couldn't help me until I did I called and waited over minutes on the line with no answer and I still hadn't seen the vet at this pointAnd then I asked if there was another number I could call because I didn't know how long my dog had and she said that's the only number, luckily when I was on hold I was able to talk to a vet online on a virtual chat to help my dogThis "vet" clinic had no sence of urgency or care for my animalI expect when I go to a vet that the standard is care for animals first not getting a payment before a vet will see your animalThis vet clearly is in it for the money and can't be bothered helping animals without a credit card being presented firstThis vet is the only option for all hours vet and they think they can get away with horrible service like this because we have nowhere else to goI'm just deeply sorry for any animals that have gone into this emergency clinic and not gotten the prompt attention they requiredShame on this business owner
