Thank you for reaching out to us about the complaint from Mr***, at Veteran Auto Exchange with strive to provide an extraordinary experience during and after the transaction, we value our customers and provide everything that was promised to them.Mr [redacted] vehicle was inspected as a courtesy, we can’t never replicate the issue, he claims that his car shut off twice during the past months, the mechanic inspected the car, drove the car, let the car running for over minutes and the car was running perfectWe told Mr [redacted] that the only thing we could recommend was a new fuel filter but we were not totally sure if that was the case since the car is running fine.We looked at his sale files and no warranty was provided to him, the car was sold as is, but in any case the warranty is not bumper to bumper, the warranty that we provide is a Power Train warranty only, unless the customer upgrade to a better coverage. We offered Mr [redacted] a discount with the mechanic on site and to get any parts that he may need with our dealer’s discount for auto parts, but he needs to understand that it’s his responsibility to do any maintenance to his car, it wouldn’t be the last time that he’ll encounter issues with this car or any car that he may purchase in the future if regular maintenance is not performed.Regards,Felix B***Veteran Auto Exchange
