OMG! BEWARE BEWARE!
If I could give this company a 0 I would. The have literally wasted 3 years of my time dealing with them. They first had me evalutated by a doctor who was not licensed in my state. Any doctor knows their practicing requirments. Therefore I had to do another exam. I did and waited and waited as usual nothing ever happend. I reached out to find out the status and all I kept getting was, "I"m your new Rep and I'm here for you...Blah blah blah." This actually kept happening after NO ONE gave a clear response. Oddly, I was sent for a 3rd exam and questioned why? Still no clear response. After a while, the VA showed no claims on file for me. I even called the hotline and they sent me a letter verifying you have no claims on file...U.N.B.E.L.I.E.V.E.A.B.L.E! Now they are asking me to send my disability list to them so they can close out my file. Really? and you need that to close my file? **Rolls Eyes***. Shouldn't that be one of the first things they get in the beginning? How can they file a claim without knowing what they are upgrading? I'm so sick of this company.

OOOOOH and it gets better! Last week I get an email Congratulating me on my 100% claim reward! and to please let others know who the Rep was...OK I will her name is "Desiree Durham". I'm like, "Huh?" First of all, Who are you? Another new Rep I suppose. I stated, "Can you please send me the documents you received becasue I don't show it on my end?" The Rep. Responded, "Oh I'm sorry I have another client with a similar name." *Rolls Eyes** I was done with these people after this, In which I should have already been. So dont' waste your time on this company. No one ever responds and you'll end up having multiple Reps who knows nothing about your claim.

Nolan G and VBA were very helpful and guided me through the difficult VA claims process. I would highly recommend him to any Veteran!

VBG...Veteran Benefits Guide, not VBA

I am grateful to VBG for exceptional service and expedient preparation of my claim during unusually challenging times. My account manager was Leah M. Her responses to my questions were always timely and complete. I obtained a result far beyond my expectations in less than 5 months!

Thank you Leah M. Outstanding service assisting Veterans get what they're entitled to. Leah was professional, knowledgeable, and provided spot on communication all along the way. Listen to what they say, complete your tasks as assigned and in the end you will not be disappointed. I started February 2020 and my claim was complete July 2020. I honestly think it would have been quicker if it weren't for COVID-19. Even with that, Leah adjusted as necessary and kept the process moving along.
If any of you Veterans out there hesitant, wait no longer. Contact them today and get started on your claim.

Thank you Ms. Leah M. for your guidance and support! Without a doubt - VBG is the BEST!

Outstanding! After 10 years of unsuccessful claims and appeals, Veteran Benefits Guide obtained a rating increase in less than 3 months. My case manager (Leah M.) provided exceptional customer service that helped me navigate the VA’s convoluted process and obtain results. I highly recommend Veteran Benefits Guide. If you want results...go with VBG!

The Veterans Benefits Guide is legit. I was very hesitant to give this a try. I actually set on this info for months before finally reaching out in Feb of 2020. Once I contacted them, I worked with Thelma through out the process and she kept me informed on everything that was happening. The VBG is the best. Thanks guys for everything.

I was assisted by Marcela S (case manager) she was great. Let me know all the steps to take and sent emails in time. Stayed in contact via phone and email. Come to find out she had gone on maternity leave when I called back after getting my increase, which made me feel even more taken care of. Because she had done one of two things completely my case before her leave or delegated it to a co worker who assited and also stayed on top of my case for Marcela and myself. Also was very helpful with getting my payment submitted if though my case worker was out. This office and staff seem to love and know the done very well otherwise I wouldn't be writting such a great review. MANY THANKS TO THE VETERANS BENEFITS ADVANTAGE TEAM!

I contacted Ivan B. who was referred to me by multiple other co-workers and I am so glad I did. I started to work with him September 2019, completed claims were submitted to the VA by December 2019 and I received my results in January 2020. I went from 80% to 100% + extra compensation. Ivan was thorough with what is to be expected next and always updated me when there were any changes and for that, I am so grateful to him. Upon going to their location, everyone was very professional and kind (and this includes the medical professionals). I would highly recommend working with Ivan B. or just VBG . . . and I do to every co-worker and friends who are vets seeking to start their disability claims or seek an increase of disability rating. :)

The service and professionalism was great. Leah M. was really helpful. However, I DON'T recommend this company. It's ridiculous what they are charging. I have to pay them more than I would in rent for the next 6 months. I wish I did more research; there are companies that will work hard for free to get you to the same end goal. I have friend that got the same result as me and paid nothing in fees.

Our clients are presented with a fee schedule prior to signing up for our services and the fees are explained before the client agrees to the Company's terms. In this case, the client received the best possible result so the client understood before asking for guidance that she would pay the invoiced amount if her case manager did her job well. Veteran Benefits Guide is proud that, unlike many of our competitors, we only charge our client's if we are successful in guiding them to an increase with the VA. We are pleased however that our former client acknowledges that our employees' service and professionalism were great, but we are disappointed that the Company's great service and professionalism coupled with obtaining the best possible result failed to warrant more than a two star rating.

This organization is truly amazing! My co-worker used them and suggested that I give them a call to get help with my claim. I called Leah M on 28 Feb and she walked me through the process and layed out a general timeline for me. In April I conducted my medical assessment and my paperwork was sent to the VA on 30 April. On 14 May I received my 100% (from 90%). Leah was extremely professional and I can't thank her and VBG enough. You WANT this organization on your side!!!

I am referred to VBG by a coworker. My experience from start to finish was nothing short of OUTSTANDING!!! Nolan was my case worker. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. Any and all comments and questions were addressed. I am forever greatful for now recieving the compensation I deserve after submitted the claim myself previously. You will not be dissapointed by VBG!!!

Awesome company! If your tired of being denied by the VA, use this company. No hassle, they take care of everything start to finish and they make it simple with great results! I have used them several times now. Staff is very friendly and good at what they do. I want to thank Eddie M. and Michelle C. for my rating increase and making the process easy. I definitely recommend VBG!

Veteran Benefits Guide was recommended to me by a fellow vet and he gave me Thelma F. name as a point contact. I contacted MS. Thelma at Veteran Benefits Guide, and they made the process easy from start to finish. I can not say enough good words about Veteran Benefits Guide, and I would without reservation recommend Veteran Benefits Guide to any veteran.

VBG is extremely professional and thorough at taking care of veterans. They are responsive and caring. I highly recommend theme to any veteran seeking to get the appropriate compensation for their disabilities.

To the personal at Veterans Benefits Guide I would like to thank Ms Thelma F...... She was very professional and knowledgeable. She helped and guided me through the whole process in my increase to 100% P&T. If any veteran needs help Veterans Benefit Guide is the way to go. Ms. Thelma thank you.

If you are having any trouble with your claim, contact VBG. This company is up front and does not lie to you. I recommend all Veterans use VBG if you feel you are deserving of disability rating increase. Tey Helped me and my wife. You need to work with this company!

Going with this program was the best choice I have made. I struggled with VA Doctors and representatives for years. I contacted veterans benefits guide and they were to say the least spectacular from beginning to end. Very pleased with their services.

At the recommendation of a friend, I called Thelma F of Veterans Benefits Guide to get her assistance in reviewing my disability claim with the VA. Thelma promptly set me up with an appointment with a physician and they guided me with the claims process. The team was systematic and professional in every way. With their assistance, I received a positive (raised) adjustment on my disability rating. Thank you, Veteran Benefits Guide.

Been out of the Marine Corps since 2012 and initially received a 40% and then upped it to 50% on my own. Fast forward to early November 2019, was referred by my brother in law after he was upgraded to 80% by the VBG from 50%. After signing up on their website, I was contacted by my case manager Ivan B within a day by phone. Ivan guided me through email with utmost professionalism and easy to follow instructions. The entire process took 5 months. Time line of service as follows: Nov/2019 - initial contact. Dec/2019 - doctor exam. Feb/2020 - results sent to VA for evaluations. March/2020 - 100% rating received. I was not expecting a 100% rating at all, so I was extremely surprised by the results. Ivan and VBG did some magic and I completely recommend them to any veteran looking for help. I have already told many veteran friends about this and they immediately wanted there service after I told them about my 50% to 100% increase. Their fees are fair and totally worth it. If you need an increase in your disabiltiy rating, do not hesitate to use VBG!
