Review: On 10/07/2013, I took a CPR BLS for Healthcare Providers Course with Veteran Emergency Services, using a [redacted] I purchased online. The Lead Instructor [redacted] taught the course, which I passed and stated that I would be receiving my [redacted] certification card in the mail in about 2 weeks. Four weeks passed and on 11/07/2013, I called [redacted] and told him that I did not received my card in the mail yet. He stated that he would talk to someone in his office and find out what happens. I have repeatedly call [redacted] since and the call goes to voice mail every time. I left a message on the Veteran Emergency Services [redacted] page and the person running the site page stated that they would forward the message to [redacted] and he would get back to be later that day. I have yet to receive a response from [redacted] nor have a I received my CPR card.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my CPR BLS for Healthcare Providers [redacted] Certification Card.
