We hired Veteran Flooring to refinish hardwood floors in a main room and to rip up carpet and refinish underlying hardwood floors beneath that. While they completed the job on time, the refinished floors were not an acceptable standard. There are many spots and marks on the hardwood floors (photos can be provided) that make the refinished floors look worse than they did before. As it looks very unattractive, we will need to refinish the floors, especially in the main room. The goal of refinishing was to remove these blemishes in the floor, but the sanding was not done in an appropriate way to remove the marks.
This letter is in response to a complaint that was submitted against Veteran Flooring L.L.C. on September 12, 2017 with an assigned ID # of ***.
The work performed at the property is listed below:
Sand and Refinish - 850 sq. ft. at $3.00 = $2,550.00
Supply and install Baseboards - 180 sq. ft. at $2.25 = $405.00
Tear out, haul off, and dispose of existing Carpet and Pad = $100.00
Move and replace existing furniture = $225.00
Prior to receiving the letter from the Revdex.com, I had no knowledge the customer was dissatisfied. I take pride in my work and 100% customer satisfaction is our goal. I would like the opportunity to meet with the customer at their home to review the complaint and make suggestions to resolve the issues at that time.
