I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealershipThe vehicle had many mechanical issues that the dealership would not repairI had to bring the vehicle back to the dealership many times and in the end, I have a vehicle that has many problemsI was given a three month warranty and the dealership held the vehicle, and did no repairs, and then the warranty ran out and they told me they their was nothing they could do to repair the vehicleNow I am stuck with a vehicle and don't know how long it will run before it breaks down

I live in *** *** (up in the mountains near *** *** **) I purchased a used *** *** *** *** *** *** with 19,miles from Prestige Dodge in *** ** in May of After purchasing the truck, it went into the shop once every two months It continuously had a check engine light on which they would turn off and as soon as I would come home it would come right back on The check engine light prevented some of the functions from working- automatic start and other more important things like regeneration, which is critical for a diesel engine to be able to do The situation came to a head in December, when the vehicle put itself into shut down mode and had to be towed to the nearest dealership, *** *** The service manager there told me that these vehicles have problems at altitude with regeneration because of the engine light situation I then called Prestige Dodge and talked to their client services department who talked to their serv

I bought a (March 2016) Jeep with miles on it; around the mile mark the electrical system on the vehicle went out (headlights, windshield wipers, blinkers, odometer, radio, etc.) brought it in and it was "fixed." This was 17-May Two days later same conditions (headlights out, blinkers, wipers, odometer, radio, etc.) brought it back in again and this time it stayed from May until June The second time they could not fix it but all of a sudden the suits from Denver came down and fixed what the award winning service team could not in about a day?! I do not trust the vehicle at all Started negotiations with this business to refund the money and buy the vehicle back or replace and they will not do either I would stay far away from this place they are slick I am taking this further but why lose a customer over something so easy to fix on their part I don't trust the vehicle I was willing to take a replacement but now I want my money back and the car payments while it sat in the shop waiting for someone to fix it They will tell you that you do not have a lemon law case when you clearly do and then make you jump through hoops to get them to do the right thing We were going to buy all of our upcoming vehicles from this dealership within the next months now I would not give them a dime for a used vehicle This has been disappointing, stressful, and now expensive to get them to honor what is in their lemon law supplement (30+ days out of service) I do not understand how a local car dealership would do this to a customerI have filed for arbitration and my attorney will assist with the legality but I do not understand why they are making this so difficult I want my money back

I had my truck in for Transmission Repair in DecemberThese repairs were covered by Warranty at the time
In March I had the Engine serviced and the Rear Main Seal was still seepingThis would have been a minor repair since the Transmission was already removed and should have been noticed when repair took place I informed Prestige as soon as I found the Rear Main seeping and was going to bring it in after I returned from vacation I took it into and they agreed that it was the Rear Main seeping but would not be covered since my Warranty has expired
If the Original inspection would have been completed properly before repairs were made this would be a non issue and could have been covered by Warranty
I talked to *** " Service Manager" and *** the G.Mthe only thing they would do is cut Labor in halfI told them I have proof on the Rear main Seeping from my Automotive Shop that does my Services prior to repairs, but Prestige was not willing to see documentation or talk to
