As of April 24, 2016, he has failed to install our central air and failed to return my $despite numerous contacts, promises and other falsehoods concerning returning my money
I wish to handle this peacefully and request that you place this vendor on any and all reports that punish and shines a spotlight on vendor fraud in the State of IllinoisThis behavior is unacceptableTemperatures are rising- both outside temperatures and my internal barometer

Jason signed a contract with us to install an HVAC system and was paid half the money up front to purchase equipmentHe then disappeared and after we tracked him down he says he will no longer service us and has not yet returned our money

I highly recommend Veteran Heating & CoolingThey took their time to do calculations when sizing my furnace replacementThey also showed me three different options and the whole experience was no pressureOverall I rate my experience 10/

Veteran Heating and Cooling called to come out and look at and fix furnace Left to get part and upon return installed a part which installed wrong and it blew Next stated that wasn't the part that wasn't working and stated control board Said he would get back with us on price That took several days It was pretty cold and he did give us a temporary fix with telling us to leave the blower just run all the time and it would at least keep house warm till fixed Seemed like a very honest and caring kid Gave us the story that he was a Veteran (thus the name) and they believed in taking care of customer Since house was warm, we decided to wait until next payday to get part When it was time to order part..he said he needed money up front and he would go get Gave him $500....didn't think he was dishonest so didn't ask for receipt...just thought he was running to get it After a few days no return call and I started blowing up his phone He came with the part finally and of

Jason Guaranteed his labor for year for installing my garage heater he installed the heat stack for my garage heater on the roof of the garage he installed it wrong he installed the flashing over the shingles and not under and when it rained real hard it leaked I called him up and left a message and he did not return my call I had to pay a roofer $to fix his error which that he guaranteed for year and which is doing absolutely nothing about
