I am rejecting t*is response because: It’s all liesT*e building and apartment number were sent to *im t*e nig*t beforeT*ey WERE lateT*ey arrived at 10:and were finis*ed by T*ey absolutely did drag t*e couc [redacted] down t*e stairs and it is filt*y nowIf t*ey say t*ey didn’t recognize t*e furniture in t*e pictures t*ey are not telling t*e trut*T*ey also broke a lamp, w*ic [redacted] my fat*er didn’t even see at firstI waited to say anyt*ing because my fat*er *as PTSD and would *ave flipped *ad *e known about t*e couc*And, t*e only t*reat t*at was made was me telling *im I was going to report *im to youWe will gladly pay for t*e *ours t*ey worked, minus t*e cost of t*e lamp and *aving t*e couc [redacted] cleanedI will not pay for drive time because *e NEVER told *olly t*ere was a c*arge for itIf *e told *er t*at, s*e would *ave found someone elseNobody was set up, t*ey just did a crap job

origin, I told *er over t*e p*one t*at I will absorb part of t*e cost of travel and not c*arge all travel timeOn t*e day of t*e move my guys got t*ere on time but wrong address was given to me and no apt #, I *adto give it to t*em to get to customer w*ic* took time to get info from *olly.T*e job took *ours as stated by *olly not as stated by ***Also it takes *our to drive from Randolp* to Brunswick, T*ey were c*arged for *our not for travel as a gesture of kindness on my part*** my lead guy said t*at *** was saying t*ey want to get rid of t*e sofa in question, and also *** did joke about dragging t*e couc* down steps before picking it up but DID not do so, *e was joking.T*is bedroom move fit easily in my trailer and not*ing was stacked and everyt*ing was covered wit* blankets as SOPT*ey did not damage anyt*ing during t*is move, if t*ey *ad somet*ing would *ave been said w*ile t*ey were t*ere, and t*ey wouldnt *ave been tipped so generously!!!! My # was available to everyone t*ere and if somet*ing *appened t*ey would *ave called!!!! T*ere was not a problem until *olly found out of t*e c*arge for travel t*en everyt*ing went *aywire, also my guys dont recognize t*e furniture *olly sent me pictures of, t*ey *ave no reason to lie to me at all, I paid t*em for moving w*oever it was, so t*e only person getting ripped off is me.I do not appreciate being t*reatened by *** Willoug*by, Very odd to be *ired by person to move a man and paid by yet anot*er, feel as t*oug* I was setup and t*is was all planned by t*ese people!!!!!

T*ey absolutely did drag t*e couc* down t*e stairs and it is filt*y now. If t*ey say t*ey didn’t recognize t*e furniture in t*e pictures t*ey are not telling t*e trut*. T*ey also broke a lamp, w*ic* my fat*er didn’t even see at first. I waited to say anyt*ing because my fat*er *as PTSD and would *ave flipped *ad *e known about t*e couc*. And, t*e only t*reat t*at was made was me telling *im I was going to report *im to you. We will gladly pay for t*e 2.5 *ours t*ey worked, minus t*e cost of t*e lamp and *aving t*e couc* cleaned. I will not pay for drive time because *e NEVER told *olly t*ere was a c*arge for it. If *e told *er t*at, s*e would *ave found someone else. Nobody was set up, t*ey just did a crap job.
