good morning I just would like to explain the situation just as are client miss *** had explained on her we do sell used vehicles and as miss *** said we do give a courtesy but just it is a courtesy for are vehicle are sold AS IS therefore we have no obligation to repair although we do it
to keep are clients satisfied" as miss *** agreed to on are contract as part of are terms and conditions which was explained read and singed by miss *** and unfortunately do to the singed contract agreement we can not comply to here request thank you very much have a wonderful evening

We here at M&S Motors do as much as possible to keep our customers happy, we usually do work for a customer even do it is not promised and they buy said vehicle without a warrantywhich applies in this case, we did everything that was asked of us in the first days of ownershipHer issues with the vehicle occurred after said time, they were not pre- existing issues the vehicle was mechanically sound and in very good condition. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me

I also have phone records that can substantiate my claims however the file is too large to send.  If you would like me to provide them please send me an address to send them to. Regardless of the language of the buyers guide the dealership did acknowledge that repairs to the vehicle were needed and agreed to make those repairs to the vehicle as a condition of the vehicle's purchase.  This car was brought back to the dealer within the first week of the 30 day customer warranty period to make these repairs to the engine and windshield but the dealership failed to act on their promises.   As you will see from the texts, the customer attempted to have the dealership make the repairs they stated would be make to the vehicle even prior to the loan being approved and finalized by the financing bank for the purchase of the car.  The dealership moved forward with repairs with no follow through resulting in lies and broken promises to the customer.  The damaged caused to the windshield was cased by the dealers vendor and the dealer failed to correct the damages mage by their subcontractor.  They also stated that there was no problem with the engine when we brought the vehicle back to the dealership within the first few day of purchase, however, the vehicle currently does not run.  This all happened prior to the loan being finalized on the vehicle for purchase by the bank.
