Dec15th, I had an appointment at 11:AM, for the installation of a power seat motorMy expectations of repair time was or hrs At their closing time of 4:PM, they called me at home with not so good news They would need more time the next day to complete the jobThough no fault of of theirs, they encountered one problem after another with my car
On Dec 16th at 3:PM, some 10-labor hours later, they again called to say the car was ready for pick upNow, expecting an enormous repair bill, as most independent repair shops charge $to $per hr, I picked the car up and was presented with a bill that represented about two hours of labor I was expecting times thatI believe the crew at Veterans Auto went above and beyond to service my car, at a very reasonable rateI highly recommend their services and give them a star rating
