We are very pleased with their service We found them to be extremely honest and responsive They cleaned the outside of the house as well as the carpets We actually live out of state and put the house they serviced up for sale Through photos we were finding we were not happy with the carpet cleaning After talking to them only one time, they went back to the house, confirmed that a better job could have been done, and completely recleaned and deodorized the carpets free of any additional charges As we were doing this long distance they could have easily taken advantage of us but did not THAT is honesty and integrity at work
