I did say that I would stop by on my way through.However my wife got sick and I was unable to stop on my way through on my tripI understand that this can be aggravating when a company misses an appointment. For that I am sorryFor them to imply that we did not answer their calls to get them out of warranty is falseWhen they contacted us in late June they have been out of warranty for a year. The reason that we did not get back to them as quickly as we normally do is because we have not done business in Louisville since December otherwise I would just send someone over to help themSince all of our contracts our out of warranty we have not kept up with crews in the area to help out so I can not recommend someoneEven though we do not do business in Louisville, Ky currently I would like to see this dispute taken off because missing one appointment is not warrant a Revdex.com complaintSo Ms *** please let me know if you have any questions

It was only after I inquired (like a was a perspective new customer) online about a roof did some one return my call. The address of the business is still listed in Louisville and the manager's cell phone is a area code 502 so that is very misleading. Also a no call no show is not good business. Condolences to his wife for being sick, but a courtesy call would have gone a long way instead of hearing absolutely nothing. We were told there was a lifetime warranty on the shingles, since he won't fix them, how about giving me the shingle information so I can get them replaced by someone else. [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution. Mrs [redacted] contacted us and when we pulled her file it had shown that her contract was out of warranty. I responded in one of those communications with her telling her she was out of warranty. I also explained that we were no longer servicing Louisville, Ky. I did say I would try to help when I was...

The information on the material that Ms. [redacted] requested: The shingles were manufactured by GAF the line name was Natural Shadow the date of the purchase of materials was 9-28-12

 I was not informed of the business not being in Louisville. I will paste the exact email I received from [redacted]. 
This was the last email I received from him after repeatedly trying to contact the business. I never heard back.On Jul 7, 2015, at 3:31 PM, [redacted] <[redacted]:
