We are in receipt of the above complaint filed by [redacted].  We contracted with this General Contractor to perform plumbing work in Texas.  The company did not bring in a licensed master plumber as required in the state and the work that was performed was not to texas...

state plumbing code.  Taylor county was informed of this and following Texas state law, we informed them they would not be paid for the work they performed.  That a master plumber was being brought in to correctly handle the work and that we would be sending Taylor County an invoice.  At that time Taylor County began harrassing company employees and threatening our clients that they intend on filing a lien on their property.  In addition, the dollar amount they indicate in their complaint is false.  This is not an amount that the company agreed to pay them for the work they should have performed.[redacted] is a company every homeowner in Texas needs to be aware of and not allow them to perform work in their residence.Thank youRegards,Alison S[redacted]Director of Operations

Thank you for sending the complaint notice from Mr [redacted]Our response: We are not a government organization and therefore cannot and do not guarantee the length of time the government will take to locate a government issued document.  The time frame referenced on the website and in all company...

communications are estimates based on normal situations where the requestor has provided complete and accurate information.  Should the information be incomplete or inaccurate, it will delay receipt of any government document retrieval.  In any case, the government has located and provided us with the document the customer contracted us to obtain.  This document was provided to the client on Sept 13, 2016.Thank you and please let me know if there is any additional information we can provide.Regards,Alison S[redacted]Director of OperationsVeterans Home Access. The customer's request for a refund is denied. The service he ordered was provided in a timely fashion. The customer appears confused about where, when and how he received the records he requested. In fact, the records we supplied to him came from DD214Direct.com via our personal researchers...

stationed at the National Personnel Records Center, one of the more than 60 state and federal agencies we work with to find military records. They are official documents and include such notice from the federal government office. Those records were provided by both postal mail and email, as the customer requested. The customer claim that the records came from the NPRC and not from us is an impossibility that is likely a result of their confusion about the process. We gave the customer the opportunity to provide us a proof in the form of a letter they would have received from the NPRC that they had received documents directly from that office and not from ours. Customer refused and instead filed this complaint and has accused us of fraud. The only fraud here is the one being committed by this customer who received the product ordered in a timely manner and now does not want to be responsible for paying for the service ordered and delivered. As to the claim about how we received these official documents in the first place, the customer signed a legal document authorizing us to do so.DD214Direct.com has helped many thousands of veterans and their families locate their military records at more than 60 repositories spread across the United States. There is no better or faster way than DD214Direct.

They did provide the service over one month later than they promised. Their explanation of the delay is pure bull. In fact because I needed the service urgent for my father's vet memorial, I paid a peer ([redacted]) to perform the identical service. [redacted] completed their service in exactly one week. I am sure if the Arizona Revdex.com was not involved I would still be waiting. Thank you Arizona Revdex.com. You did a fantastic job keeping a local business honest and helping rather naive consumers such as myself.
