This company was assigned to me by my home warranty company Appointment was at 9amNo show, no call Called 3x times and left voicemails No call back Finally around 12am I received an email about appointment was rescheduled WORST COMPANY!

Poor customer service and very unprofessionalThey replaced my water heater without measuring the door openingThe technician took the frame off the wall and when replacing it he nailed the door frame poorlyWithin hours, Sunday evening, the hot water heater was shooting out waterwe called the hour Emergency number and was told that a technician will be out first thing in the morningAt am I was told someone is in route and will be here within hourFour laters still with no water, no one as called and apparently the warranty company sears nor the company providing the service and do anything until the technician can get hereBetween two different 'supervisors ? the company holds a manager meeting on Mondays from XX-XXX and nothing more can be done

Worst Company everWas scheduled and appointment to have my washer serviced ( requested not between 12-3pm) I get scheduled between 13-3pmAt 3pm I received an email that my appointment was canceled due to personal issue of Serviceman
I get reschedled again and once again between 12-3pmOnce again Serviceman doesn't show upi received an email again and get rescheduled for today between 8-10amAt 9am the Serviceman called and tells me he will not be coming, I need to reschedule, so I get told if he doesn't call back by 2pm I should email the office
At 1pm the Serviceman calls and says his truck is nrokr down he will not be coming at all
I had to take days off work ( dze to them scheduling me in the time frane I requested not to) for nothing and days without being able to use ny washer!!!
Worst Company ever!! The person ai had been emailing with ( after I told her that once again I had a no show) nevet emailed me back!!

HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! My warranty company sent them out to my house to fix my dryerHe ordered the part and informed me that he'll be on vacation in the next weeks but another tech can come out to put the piece inWell I've called and emailed several times with no responseI had to call the warranty company to let them know what was going onI was told the next available tech will be in weeksWTH! I'll be looking for another warranty company too because Select Home Warranty sucks

On 11/24/18, I had an apptwith Veterans Home & Business Services that was contracted through Sears home warranty companyI was told that they would diagnose and repair or replace if not fixable, any of my contract appliances for a $fee per visit and it can be as many appliances that needed to be serviced on the day of When I spoke to the warrantee customer service rep, she and I went over everything that needed to be fix which was the lid to the washing machine that wouldn't lock without holding it, and my refrigerator that was leaking under my crisper drawer's She the said that she was sending me an email from the company so that I can pay the $in advance That kind of baffled me and I just couldn't understand why I had to pay in advance I told her that I had never ever paid out any money before I actually received services She then told me that it was their policy to actually get paid before the work was done, and I had no worries because if I didn't like the

Veterans Home and Business Services was hired by our home warranty company to diagnose and repair a busted 50gallon water heater for us at our home @ *** They came on June 20th to look at the job and demanded $deductible payment before repairs We paid the $the same day and can no longer get anyone to call us or respond and here we are a week later with no hot water still These water heaters are stock at any Lowes or Home Depot so cant understand what the hold up is The company hiring them cannot even get in touch'?

I paid a 60$ deductible for a service call for a technician to come to house or contact me to schedule a service issue with my range topI have had no contact from them and they will not return phone calls or answer their phone when I call or return emailsI still have a broken stove and am out 60$I have left over messages in a week and no responseI want my money back
