Shipper damaged a dresser shipped to Savannah, GA. After arguing with me that the dresser was previously damaged, pickup and return, I finally received the dresser back for repair. The dresser was rescheduled for return 6/10. I have been contacted 6/2 for 6/3 pickup. I am out of state and unable to arrange pickup with this short of notice. The shipper has insulted myself, my company endlessly and will not be picking up and returning the dresser. This is after a disaster of delivery on this shipment to begin with. The shipper picked up 2 shipments going to Helena, GA and Savannah, GA. They mixed up the furniture requiring my Helena, GA customer to drive to the Savannah, GA customer and make the furniture mixup right herself. I ship multiple furniture deliveries a week and have never had this much trouble/damage/mixup with a company. Insulting my company for being open part-time, needing money, etc. This is extremely unprofessional. The damage was done to the dresser during shipping, without question.
