Review: I called for the in the past so decided to use their services again the evening of the 28th of March. First of all they said someone would call and let me know when they would be there. Forth five minutes later I get a call the guy is outside. So first of all there was lack of communication such as saying hey I'm on my way. Secondly, I've used their service previously to go further. The guy way overcharged me. He went about three miles out of route costing extra money. He then said his credit card machine was broke. Then he made me go in to use the atm which added another $3.50 charge on top of it all for the atm. He charge me $20.00 to go what should have been 5 miles. I know what it costs. Unfortunately, he took advantage of me. The sqme company only charged me around $14.00 to go about 7 miles previously. I did call and complain this morning to the company, but all the guy said was he would let management know. To be honest, with the atm fee the guy overcharged me $7.00 plus the $3.50 atm fee I had to pay. I got another taxi to take me back home that was under $14.00, the same distance. To say the least the company losta customer for life over this unless they do the right thing and reimburse me an almost $10.00 overcharge. They state they take creditcards so that also was uncalled for to be honest. I was not told they changed it to "cash only".Desired Settlement: I would like reimbursed my atm fees and the overcharge amount of the extra miles the driver drove out of route. Total reimbursement out of fairness should be no less than $10.00
