Hello [redacted] . We made an error during a recent Instagram contest you entered and would like to thank you for bringing it to our attention. In order to clear things up, we’d like to offer you an explanation. The staff member running the contest left the... company before finalizing the award announcement and prize delivery. During the transition of the departed staff member’s duties we inadvertently overlooked that detail and as a result, the winners were not notified. Thanks to your letter, we were made aware of this oversight and immediately took action to notify the winners. Winner information will be posted on our social media channels Thursday, May 18th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We strive to earn the respect and trust of the customers who support us and would never intentionally engage in misleading advertising or promotions. We also own our mistakes. That’s why we’re going to up the prize package that was to be awarded. All winners will now receive a bottle of Vetericyn Plus Eye Wash, Ear Rinse, Wound and Skin liquid, and Antimicrobial Hydrogel in addition to the FoamCare Shampoo they were to receive.
