The estimate that was given to *** *** for $was for the administration of vaccines only at her initial visitWhen Ms*** returned for her booster vaccines, she also received a physical examination, fecal examination for parasites, and heartworm preventionAn updated estimate was not given by the receptionist (who was in training) to Ms*** and she was not required to pay the additional fees at that timeMs*** was contacted on February 27th, March 3rd, and March 10th to inform her that the additional fees had been waived prior to contact from the Revdex.com organizationShe has not returned any of our phone calls to resolve this matterIt is not Veterinary Care's policy to withhold medical records for any reason and we will gladly transfer the records to another veterinarianShe will not return our phone calls to enable us to transfer her records.
