Review: Took a cat in the charges were to high so , I payed min and they said I could wait to take my cat to the normal vet. Well they were wrong I rushed the cat back, I couldn't afford the charges.A relative agreed to help, 1st we asked since were coming back for the same reason will we be charged for the same things already done Office visit, X-rays ETC ETC They said , no. Second we told them to move all current charges to my relatives credit card. Clearly written it said previous charges $600.00, next month I get a bill for $0ver $750.00 I made several efforts to contact Veterinary Medical and Surgical Group, excuses of its a different department, to the persons not working. The major issue is my cat had a large incision on her belly, after a day it was infected, I noticed we were billed for a C collar but were not given one. This was the reason she got the infection. I had to return missing work to get the c collar. I told them the return visit is your fault for not giving a C collar they agreed and said we wont charge you. BUT they charged my moms card and medications needed for the infection they admitted to causing, they responded these are charges we forgot to add to your original bill....... what business gets away with oh we forgot and can charge charges? Since its a vet they can make up that they did anything and charge it with out proof of it. Taking advantage of me when I told them I cant afford it not being able to fraud my reletives card anymore to shift the charges to me. Is proof they but money before pets.Desired Settlement: Refund the extra charges made after the day of visit. Refund charges on my card they agreed to move to my relatives card. Admit in writing they forgot to give C collar even thou it was on my bill. Admit in writing the negligence of forgetting a c collar caused the infection and return visits.

Review: I am extremely unhappy with the service and care I have received at VMSG. I took my puppy there on 10/21/15 because she was sick with diarrhea. My puppy was 9 weeks old, a teacup Pomeranian. They ran tests on her for parvo and parasites. All tests came back negative. After a few days of her being there she was still having diarrhea and they wanted to test her for parvo again. Results came back negative again. They could not tell me what was wrong with her. They also hooked her up to an IV for fluids and medications. Several days later they told me she was getting better and ready to go home. When I went picked her up on 10/26/15 they told me that they had a small complication when they took out her IV (which had been placed in her neck). They said she was bleeding a lot, so I was told to wait another 30 minutes so they could bandage her up. When they gave her to me she looked horrible and I asked them are you sure she is well enough to come home and they said yes so I took her home and 2 hours later she died. I contacted them and they said the hospital manager would call me regarding the bill and would lower it (my girlfriends CC was charged $2,675.59). No one has contacted me back. My girlfriend and I have called them 7 times for over a week and they keep ignoring us and giving us the run around. This is horrible customer service. They are ignoring me because they are at fault for my puppies death by her loosing to much blood from the IV complication. Once they got our money they wanted nothing to do with us. It was bad enough to have our beloved puppy die but they have made this experience even worse.Desired Settlement: I would like them to contact me and explain why they have been ignoring me and my concerns. I would also like my bill lowered due to the fact they never could tell me what was wrong with my puppy, and they told me she was getting better and was able to come home. And the fact that my puppy lost a lot of blood 2 hrs before she died on their fault on removing the IV.
