Credit cards were used to make purchases. Then we had to move the date to make the items. When we moved the date, different credit cards were used. I purchased 3 glass ornaments. I was reimbursed a partial reimbursement. Meanwhile, they took my other payment in full for the 3 ornaments. They have been paid for 3 ornaments, and I have proof. However, they continue to not reimburse me fully. I sent them a certified letter. I have their signature. After they received my letter with the proof, they called me and left me a voice mail message saying that I am right and that they’re we’re fixing it. I still have that voice mail message. However they have NOT fixed it and have NOT credited my credit card. This happened back in November ... that’s how long this has been going on.
This current dispute is because I thought it was all straightened out because I provided proof that I paid for all three ornaments on credit card *** ($162.38). However, I just got a statement from credit card *** for 2 ornaments ($108.26).
This complaint has been handled, and the refund requested by the client has been given. Please mark as closed.

I am rejecting this response temporarily because I need to check my credit card statement and/or call the credit card company and verify that credits were applied.

I checked online with my credit card. It appears this situation is still in dispute and has not been properly reversed via the dispute on my credit card ($108.26).I called my credit card to verify this with a live person. I was on hold for more than an hour due to high call volume before I had to hang up.
