Mrs [redacted] We are very sorry for your experience at our Quick Quack site on Bicentennial circle in Sacramento, Ca. We have researched the situation with [redacted] and [redacted] the Regional mangers for this location at the time of the incident and they both agreed the company had offered...

to pay for the doctors visit that day and the medicine that was prescribed. The last communication with [redacted] was a request for a the doctors bill from that day and the prescription bill. We will still be more then happy to pay for the visit and medicine which was prescribed we would just need a receipt to reimburse. I also wanted to address the eye wash station concern and assure you there are eye wash stations at all of our sites along with MSDS sheets available for all our soaps we use. [redacted] had mentioned you were offered the eye wash station use and the form was sent to the doctor upon request. During your communication with our service center you also mentioned getting billed for the membership and requesting a refund which Abbey directed to have our service center handle. If for some reason that refund did not take place please let us know. Again we apologize for your experience you had at our location and it does appear to be a communication issue that we would be more then happy to follow up on. We will stand by our offer to reimburse for the out of pocket expense for the doctors appointment that day and the medicine which was prescribed that [redacted] offered during the March phone calls. Also  if the payments were not refunded from your March 9th 2016 phone conversation with [redacted] at the service center along with the follow up voicemails and phone calls from [redacted] on March 9th please let us know so we can handle that also. Thank you

We have agreed to pay for scratch removal even though the scratches were inconsistent with damage that could be caused by the wash. We apologize for the poor communication on this matter.

I received the phone call from customer service, the lady was nice to me, however she did not mention the free 1 year car wash request on the claim originally. Please confirm. Thank you!

Our store leader, [redacted], has made several attempts to contact the customer and has left three unreturned voicemails.

I am rejecting this response because:  I was told that a [redacted] would contact me to schedule a time to come back to have the car looked at.  I received no call from that location even after I called customer service multiple times.  I work until 5:00 & I had the car there at 5:15 at which time it was not dark outside.  The company has not reached out to me regarding the rating I provided on [redacted].  They did request through the complaint I filed on ** to private message me my contact information so they could follow up.  I responded by asking them to provide a number & name at their corporate office in [redacted] to contact directly since I have provided my information multiple times & no one had contacted me to schedule the car to be viewed by the carwash.  After 2 1/2 weeks the car was scheduled for repair & turned in on our insurance...only then did we receive a call from [redacted] stating that a [redacted] would call us back again to follow up...still have not talked to the [redacted] & the damage was reported on 02/09/16.

Consumer states:  I do feel like this is resolved, the money was deposited into my bank account. and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

We have left several messages on voicemail with no response.

Yes it has been resolved the customer wants to activate it after the first of the year since price went up and he wants to wait for a Grand Opening Special so I send him a few wash basic 2 for his inconvenience he was very happy, thank youFast. After meeting with the customer and reviewing video footage, we both came to an agreement that the damage was not caused by the wash. The customer and I agreed to a free month worth of protect washes for the inconvenience.

I apologize that this has gone too long unresolved. Can you please provide us with a total dollar amount and attach the receipts that correspond and I will immediately submit a check request.Thank you,[redacted]

I appreciated the call earlier today, the lady was really nice, I’m 100% satisfied with that.

From our Store Leader, [redacted]:I just called and left [redacted] another voicemail yesterday and that is probably the 4th or 5th I have left her and she does not return any of my calls. She has just leaves me notes at the site. Her check has been approved and is waiting to be cut and mailed. I let her know...

this in the VM yesterday, but she never returned that call either. I am not sure on the exact day she dropped off the invoice as I was pulled away from 604 for a week or so to help with 618. I have done everything I can in my power to keep in contact with [redacted] and get ahold of her.
