Review: I am requesting a full refund of the purchase price of $189.99 for a product sold to me by Bid Allies for the reason of: The product received is not in the condition as advertised by Bid Allies. Bid Allies had advertised: a factory refurbished iPhone 5c with iOS 7with 30-day money back guarantee. Instead, I received an iPhone 5c with iOS 8 that does not work. The touch screen does not respond.Desired Settlement: A no hassle, full refund due to Bid Allies inability to perform their half of the agreement which was to deliver a working product for the agreed price of $189.99. Bid Allies needs to pay for return shipping and a full refund.

Customer purchased 2 iPhone 5c from our company on June 21st. Customer contacted us on July 2nd stating that one phone is having issues with the touch screen. We worked with the customer, and after updated the iOS on the phone, the problem was resolved. The customer emailed us on July 9th stating he no longer wishes to return the phone.

I received a misadvertised/defective phone.

Review: I purchased a refurbished iPhone 5 from Bid Allies for approximately $160.00 It was a Xmas gift, so was given to my relative in late Dec. They began using it, but within a few weeks, the phone began shutting down and would not work. Some of the keys did not work. I immediately contacted the seller via [redacted] and asked for an exchange or refund (either is acceptable). I was told I was past the 30 day return period (which is true, but the phone had not been used for 30 days as it was a gift.) I tried to resolve with [redacted] but they cite the 30 day limit. However, the posting for the phone said it was "fully functional", tested and "refurbished by qualified technicians." For whatever reason, the phone is obviously defective, and they misrepresented both the condition of the product and the "satisfaction guaranteed" promise. I thought this would be simple....they would replace the phone or issue a refund. Instead they take no responsibility.Desired Settlement: Exchange for working iPhone 5 or refund acceptable.

The customer purchased a phone in the beginning of November never contacted us asking our holiday return policy. Our 30 day return policy is clearly stated on our website and on our [redacted] listing. At the time of purchase the customer was given the option to purchase an extended warranty through [redacted] from a company called [redacted] since the unit is refurbished. The customer did not purchase any warranty and was not within the holiday return period since they purchased the item prior to Thanksgiving. The first contact we received about the device was on January 10th which was 63 days after his purchase and beyond our return period at this time we did advise the customer they were passed the return period and they were to go through the extended warranty if they did purchase one. The customer responded with saying they will open cases with [redacted] and the Revdex.com if we did not refund the order or replace it.

Review: I made an order for 50 htc m8 cell phone for $180/phone totaling $9000

I spoke to the company's sales rep before sending the fund stating how important it is that I get the product on Friday august 21sth.

He charged me $175 for overnight delivery which I payed. the merchandise was due to be delivered on Friday august 21th by 10.30 am and I told my wife to stay at home and wait for the couriers service for the delivery.

the scheduled time past and nobody showed up on my door,I called the courier service and they said the weight on the package was wrong and that why they could not deliver it.

the sales representative refused to pick my calls or reply massages throughout the day.

when he finally picked up all he said is that I should never call his number again and that he is have a time out with his family. he said all this a hung up the phone on me.

now the package was not delivered,they ordered that the package be returned to them by the courier service but has refused to refund my money.

I never got to see the package nor do anyone want to be reasonable enough to know that I actually wanted to pay $175 for overnight shipping for a purpose.

my business is at halt cause someone from there end wanted to cut corner by charging me for overnight and still didn't declare the actually weight which hampered the delivery.

I did not torch the package so I need my money back.Desired Settlement: this guys are not honest in there dealings and need to be investigated.
