V&F Autobody Reviews (%countItem)

On or about February 20, 2020 I had contacted V&F Autobody for an estimate for cosmetic work on my vehicle, a 2019 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Redeye, the installation of four (4) fender flares. They provided a total cost of $1,204.44 for their labor, paint and workmanship.
The work to my vehicle began on about April 27th and they provided a completion date of May 1, 2020. On April 27th I had received a call from an individual I know as Frank Jr., claims to be the manager at this location, asking if the kit I provided "had instructions". At that time I thought this was questionable, why would a State Licensed repair facility need instruction? But I continued with the repair because I had always known this location to be professional.
When I picked up the vehicle on May 1 I brought it home where it sat for the day. On Saturday I had drove to my nephews home in Tinton Falls via the Parkway I had no issue with the trip to my nephew. On the return trip power one of the fender flares that this shop painted and installed broke free from the vehicle and was destroyed upon impact. I was only traveling at 50-60 m.p.h.. You can clearly see that the reason for this to happen was substandard and shoddy workmanship. The auto body shop was suppose to use a 3M adhesive instead of using "double sided" tape. (I was charged for this adhesive.) The double sided tape is what failed on the front right fender flare. When this broke free from my car it caused additional paint damage down the right side of my car. There are also 2 other fender flares that are failing because of workmanship. The front left and the rear right as well.
I want a full refund for this, my vehicle to be repaired and returned to its original condition.
