On the day in question the company vf plumbing & electric was called
To my home to repair a leak that I had in my upstairs bathroom
When the contractor came he look and the problem and told me it's nothin
Major, he told me the problem that I'm having is that every time the
Shower turns on the water drips behind a loose fitting I hadHe told me
That if I want to get it repaired he won't charge me the service charge that
They normally would charge since I'm going to get the problem fix by him
We agreed on that he to me he would be back at 11am the same day to get
The problem fix I waited till almost 1:30pm he showed up he didn't called
Or communicate with me that he was going to be lateHe when to get the problem
Fix an told us not to used that bathroom for 48hrs which we did comply
After the 48hrs was up I when to run the water in the bathroom only to find out
That the problem still exitsI call the company back the contractor came out a week
Later to tell me that they would look to see what is the really problem where the
Leak is coming from because obviously it's not from where he though it was coming
From, the contractor gave the wrong diagnose of the problem fix the wrong
Thing and now decide that they won't fix the problem or refund my money backAt this time all I'm asking is to get a refund of my money so I can have a real plumbing
Come to my house and fix the right problem

Electrical, LLC.  The complaint ID [redacted]. On April 26, 2016 VF Plumbing and Electrical, LLC. was called out to access a leak   [redacted] complained of.  Our charge to come out and access a problem is $90.00, which [redacted] knew before hand.VF Plumbing and Electrical, LLC. was stuck at another site in the same community and did not have the opportunity to call [redacted] that he would be late.  Upon arrival the tech apologized for his tardiness.  [redacted]' only concern was in receiving a discount for the tech's tardiness.  A discount was denied services were preformed and [redacted] was in agreement.  The leak was taken care of and the tech advised [redacted] to allow the area to dry without use for 48 hours and [redacted] was charged for services rendered.  Note:  There was an existing area [redacted] had previously fixed himself and did not want the tech to do anything with that area.  You could clearly see the mold that had accumulated over time.VF Plumbing and Electrical, LLC. received a call on March 30, 2015 that the leak continued.  We scheduled to come back out on April 6, 2015 @ 10:00 a.m.  [redacted] agreed.  When the tech inspected area we had previously fixed there was no leak.  It was in the area [redacted] did not want the tech to touch during our previous visit.  [redacted] got irate and told the tech he was a crook and he did not know what he was talking about. The tech was then told to leave.VF Plumbing and Electrical, LLC. gurantee our customers that if anything should go wrong from any work that VF Plumbing did we are more than happy to come out and fix the problem free of charge.On this same day, after the visit with [redacted], while the tech was at the gas station, [redacted]' wife stormed out of her vehicle and spewed out obscenities in public to the tech and slandered the company.  All t his can be seen on the surveillance tape that runs at the gas station.  The tech turned to [redacted]' wife and told her to have a nice day.  He did not get irate or aggravated with her at any time. VF Plumbing and Electrical, LLC. is not responsible for the leak that is continuing in [redacted]'s bathroom.  It is a previous issue that he has had for some time.If you have any other questions, please call me.Thank you,Millie F[redacted]ManagerVF Plumbing and Electrical, LLC.vfplumbingelectric@[redacted].comtel: ###-###-####
