[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Regards, [redacted]

We have done what was recommended here at no charge The customer refused to install a gutter we have recommended tree times There will be a charge for a return The complaint is premature

Re: Customer complaint ID# [redacted] Response to Customer’s Response: I believe I fully understand the customer's concern here It's about the future, and whether the leak will start up again After the work was done, I inspected it twice and found everything to be up to industry standards However, previous to making an offer to resolve this matter I will comment that the customer and I did not have any discussions as to exactly how the first canal was done, or how the second would be done either I believe the customer made some assumptions that were not discussed with me The canales were replaced and they stopped leaking The first canal was included with other work that carried a five year warranty As a stand-alone project, the second carries a one year warranty, as spelled out in writing in her estimate Meanwhile, the leak has stopped and the standing water that sits in front of the drain is acceptable by industry standards (as I said previously the structure underneath dictates whether that happens) However, in an effort to resolve this matter, I hereby offer to extend the warranty to five years, under the same terms and conditions as the first service we rendered I hope that will be satisfactory

I'm sorry we have been unable to satisfy this customer We have done what has been recommended by her independent consultant When the stucco is wet it's wet Perhaps her independent consultant can prevent that from happening

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: My independent stucco consultant has opined that the discolorations on the front wall, above the front windows and above the garage door are the result of an accelerated curing issue He has also opined that the "fix" is well-known: by applying Fogcoat, an El Rey product, and if that is unsuccessful, by applying Allegro, also an El Rey product Stucco Seal has not done this, nor offered to do thisI am mindful that Fogcorat has to be applied in warm weather, and should Stucco Seal offer to apply Fogcorat, and, if necessary, Allegro, in the spring, that would be acceptable to me.Please understand: the re-stucco of my home by Stucco Seal has left me with a home surface that is discolored in many areas This is not (and, regarding Stucco Seal's assertion that when stucco is wet it's wet, none of the many other stucco homes in my development have similar areas of discoloration at any time) The re-stuccoing of my home by Stucco Seal has not resulted in a normal, or acceptable, finish I ask Stucco Seal to cure this defect according to industry standard, that is, by applying Fogcorat and, if necessary, Allegro, in the spring If not, I will, reluctantly take the next step Regards, [redacted] [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, the consumer must give a reason why they are rejecting the responseIf the consumer does not provide a reason the complaint will be closed Answered]
