As it was stated before and now again. Before you can pay the shipping charges you must agree to Terms & Conditions. The system will not let you bypass this step and pay for your items to be forwarded, therefore, there is nothing we need to do and explain further as you agreed to all.Your agreed to use our service, you agreed to pay the shipping charges that were displayed on your online account. Paying Asendia, your package was sipped via Asendia and once it arrives to Canada, Asendia hands over the package to Canada Post which is their partner in that country. Your package was shipped via the service you choose.
The tracking # provided by the customer shows no delivery. We are responding to the tracking # in question.
The tracking # [redacted] provided by the customer is a NON working tracking #. It was not delivered to our warehouse nor is there any proof of delivery

This customer's ([redacted]) package was shipped and delivered. There was an issue with the shipping carrier where they delayed our Pallet which had almost 100 packages. The issue was with their third party company that they use to pick up pallets did not registered our pallet as being picked up,...
therefore, [redacted] was delayed but was delivered to this customer. [redacted] has been with Viabox for a long time and we still provide our services to her. If you would like proof of communication between us and the shipping carrier regarding the pallet it can be provided.

IIf this is your attitude, then it is incumbent upon you to...
cooperate in finding/contacting the responsible party/ies, or you are equally complicit in their deceptive business practices. I will se to it that not only the Revdex.com, but paypal, credit card companies, etc, are well aware that you condone and in fact participate in fraudulent business practices. Lie down with dogs, get up with fleas.

Customer is fully aware of the cost to have the item forwarded to their destination. We are a package forwarding company and the cost of forwarding a package depends on it weight and size. According to our Terms & Conditions to which the customer agreed upon at the time of the sign up...
and before submitting the payment for the shipping cost the following is stated:. Dimensional weight may apply on bulky, lightweight packages. If the dimensional weight exceeds the actual weight, then the dimensional weight will be used as the billable weight for the shipment. For your convenience, the actual weight, dimensional weight and dimensions for each box will be visible on your account when your package arrives at our warehouse.
