My first and second orders
On my 1st order I paid for the vitamins and the 2x hair serum bundle. I called when I got the order 1 serum short
Customers service sent my missing serum
My last order on 11/18/2020 I order the same 2x hair bundle and one follicle booster
Oder I'd 5B7DF87023 today I received the package again 1hair serum short
I called immediately to 1 800 316 1217.Spoke with Dianne. She could not find my order. Finally she found it
She said will ship my serum. I ask for e mail to confirmed
E mail has not been received
This is not encouraging to continue purchasing your products which by the way they work very good for me. I hope I receive my missing hair serum bottle soon.

I ordered the trial offer.After I received it a week later they took 70.00 dollars out of my account without permission.
I sent the serum back but still haven't heard anything from them.I just need my refund they take from people.

Company would not refund $79.99 on an unauthorized charge.
I ordered the trial. Without notice or authorization, they charged me $79.99. I called multiple times. Was hung up on and every Custer service rep Would just go back reading the script going in circles like a robot. Asked to talk to a manager and was hung up on. I told them I lost my job and they still didn't care or were willing to help. I want my money back

I want to be refunded for the shipping and the $79.99.

According to our records, Ms. did initiate a dispute with her credit card company. As a result, the chargeback was applied to the charge and we are unable to issue an additional credit as the charge has already been reversed back by the bank. Ms. account remains closed.

My credit card reversed the charges.

The company Viabrance took out 39.99, out of my credit card account, my account is now closed
Viabrance was not authorized by me for this transaction so there for my credit card company closed my card and has to issue me a new one, I am so disgusted by the company Viabrance, really feel like so many people are being taken advantage of

I would like a refund from the company since I did not authorize the transaction to be taken from my account

I got a trial offer and was charged without notice $79.98. I called company and tried to return product and was told they do not accept returns.
I got a trial offer of Vibrance in June and was charged $79.98 without notice in July. I called the company and was advised by the representative that they do not accept returns even if they are unopened packages. They then gave me a partial refund of $39.89 and advised me to call my bank to get the rest of my money. I then called the bank and put in a dispute, the bank sent it over to the company and the company denied it because they said they did not receive the product. Now the bank denied my dispute and also reversed the credit that was sent over by the company. I really would like my money back. I am willing to return the product but I don't think I should have to pay anymore money out of pocket.

I would like the company to refund me the money that was taken from me. They have scammed a lot of people with all the small print. I was lied to by the representative being told that they don't accept returns when they actually do. and Their training of the representatives to lie to the customers and give them bad advise because now when I called the company they won't let me return the product because there is a dispute on file when that was the advise of the representative.So now I am out this money and I on a fixed budget and I really need it.

The company is still not wanting to finish my reimbursement. I am still standing firm on my request for my refund.

I canceled my subscription with them and they still took my money out of my account and I called them and asked for my moneyback

I thought I was ordering a free trial and when I used the product I didn't like it.A month later 39.99 was taken out of my acct ..Unauthirized
Vibrance SAID my order date was july19 and took39.99 out of my debit card.without my permission.I sent an email to the address that was posted on line to get a refund and it came back from a company called eunatural and they asked if I ordered from Amazon which I didn't. I ordered from an ad on instagram.Never heard anything else. I did let my debit card bank know what happened and they blocked vibrance from taking any more money out.They are looking into it also.The order ID is 6DEXXXXXXX according to vibrance even though I have not ordered anything.

I ordered a free trial of hair serum and gummies for 12 dollars and was shipped a second package and charged 150 without authorization. It is sad
During this pandemic I find it sad to be swindled out of so much money I didn't sign up for a monthly plan especially at ten times the original cost. I depend on my paycheck and feel It has been stolen from me by false ads and gimmicks. I am shocked and appalled that a business would stoop to such levels to scam the American public

The most horrible company I ever sowed in my life, they stole my money and use my confidential information and used again, please be aware look your credit card they using without let you know and wen you call customer service they give to you 30% if you say yes they record that part , pls be careful when you deal with this company.

Canceled order that was still charged to my credit card and I was hung up on twice by customer service reps.
I didn't know that there was a reoccuring charge for Pro Hair Serum. We noticed that a charge for $79.78 hit our credit card on June 18, 2020. On June 19, 2020 (one day later), I called Viabrance and asked that the order be cancelled and issued a refund. I was told that the order was cancelled and that we would see a refund on our credit card. A couple weeks later, we received the shipment and saw that the charge was never credited back to our account, as promised. We called today (July 20th) to ask for the refund and offered to ship back the unopened product. I spoke to two customers service representatives who told me they would not refund the product, despite being told that on June 19. Both customer service reps were very rude and both hung up on me after I asked to speak to a supervisor. I have never been hung up on by any company and the fact that both did it, was extremely rude and unprofessional. Here is the information:

I understand certain policies but we were told that we would receive a refund one day after the charge hit and we did not.

I am seeking a full refund, as I was told I would receive one day after my card was charged. As I told both customer service reps who I spoke with today (July 20), I am happy to ship the product back. When I cancelled the order on June 19, I was told I wouldn't even receive the product. Both customer reps hung up on me.

They give a a trial of the product and, without warning, they charge you $79.99. They don't give you any notification of the impending charge. I have emailed them and nothing. I have tried calling and still nothing. This is the worse company and all they do is take your money.

We have received your complaint #XXXXXXXX regarding your Viabrance Hair Growth Serum. We take complaints very seriously and we hope this response will provide you with additional information. According to our records, we received your order on May 8th, 2020.

The terms of the offer that you agreed to at the time of your order clearly state that you were to have a 17 day trial period starting from the date that the order was placed, in which you could cancel your account to avoid further charges. They also indicate that "you must take affirmative action to avoid further charges or you will be charged in the amount of $79.78 for the Viabrance Hair Growth Serum seventeen days from the date that the order was placed for the product. These terms were presented to you in multiple places on our website when you ordered our product.

When you ordered the product you also clicked a button indicating that you agreed to the terms of the offer. When a customer clicks that button, we must assume that they have read what they are agreeing to. If there was any confusion with the terms you could have called our customer service team and they would have been happy to assist you.
Since we did not hear from you during your trial period, you were charged May 25th, 2020 $79.78. This also then enrolled you in the auto ship program sending you out the next months shipment on June 25th, 2020. This also billed the second and last shipment $79.78
According to our records the first contact we had requesting the cancellation of your account was on June 28th, 2020.
As a courtesy, you were refunded that most recent charge made on June 25th this should already of posted to your account.
Your account remains canceled and you will not receive any further shipments or charges. I hope this resolves your concern today and I hope you have a good day!

I purchased this product a few weeks ago and upon checking out you are given the choice below:

I did recieve my product as shown and described and paid in full for $54.00.
Now three weeks later they have debited my account for another shipment for $79.89, which is not what I signed up for.
After I saw that the $79.89 was pending and being debited from my account on 06-13-2020 I called the phone number that is on the bottle. I could not find that particular website that I ordered from but thank God I saved it to my desktop.

I thought the charge was going to be refunded by what she had told me hower the $79.89 was paid on my account on 06-15-2020.
So I called again today and customer support verified that I paid the ((("one time fee"))) of $54.00" in his words...and didn't cancel in time so there was nothing he could do. Would not let me talk to his supervisor and before I could say anything else HE hung up on me.

Be ware and do you research before purchasing online.

Received a trial sample;however, I decided not to complete order and removed all information after seeing full product would be $79+ p/mo. I can't afford one such charge against my account but they sent the trial anyway.
I have sent 2 separate emails to the addresses found.
I will also notify my bank that any attempt to process future payment will constitute a fraud.

This place is ***!! Did the trial and it never said you'd be put into a subscription. Now I'm being charged monthly. And they keep sending products. The website has no way to cancel subscription.. if anyone knows how to cancel please let me know

Rip offs. I was offered a 30 percent refund after trying product for 2 weeks. Did not see the small print of having to call so my account would not be charged. Be very careful when ordering from this company as there email is not legit and there is no cancelation on web page.

I tried this product. After using this product and nothing else on my hair for 3 times a week for 2 weeks my head started itching really bad and I got little bumps all over my head. Then my hair started falling out, got all kinky and is growing in kinky due to damaged follicles under the skin.

After reading Revdex.com on Viabrance I cancelled my account with them, Should have checked out the company before buying. Bad news.

I ordered the serum and they talked me into the gummies, I paid for both in one transaction and was sent the gummies but not the serum. My card was charged for both but they did not send serum, I called them and the said it was refused which is not the case It was one transaction. Would not let me reorder serum or send me the one I already paid for.
NOT HAPPY!

I did what bothers did. Trial then they pulled money out of card and sent product. I called and canceled then sent back in original packaging to address on it. Called and they said something about a number I needed to return it and I didn't get one. So! They kept the product and my money. How is that even legal? This is TRUELY unethical and company showed be closed. Ripped me off. I wouldn't give even one star but it's making me.

This Company is running with false advertising, getting rich out of money earned in a dirty way. The advertisement says free trial, just pay sh& h and then in 2 weeks they charged me 79.98 dollars. When I called and complained, they told me that if I wanted to return the item (remember I already paid 6.95 sh&h) and also pay a return fee of $9.95. Is this serious!! I have to pay money for something, give back that item for free and on top of that pay the return fee. Don't forget I had to pay the shipping. At the end no one even apologized for stealing my money.
