Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: they absolutely have not worked diligently to resolve the ongoing issues of my accountIn fact, it takes 3-calls and persistence to get any action to fix issuesLike demanding to speak to a supervisor that can not call me back for daysI am not terminating my serviceThis is an attempt by Viaero to avoid resonsibility and take the easy way outViaero needs to accept responsibility for their illegal & wrongful actionsI agreed to the month service extension ONLY until I knew how it was going to be handledI absolutely will not rely on Viaero to post service to my account monthlyThat is absurd due to the history on my accountI feel that Viaero is attempting to glorify their customer service and their wrong doing in attempt to protect their image with the Revdex.com They can meet the terms of my latest offer or settlement or legal action will be takenThe laws are on my side with this entire matter Regards, [redacted]

My phone speaker stopped working When someone called me, I could not hear them but they could hear me If I turned on the speaker phone I could hear the person talking only over the speaker and not through the ear piece I took the phone to my local Viaero office for a warranty replacement for a malfunctioning phone After a few days of waiting to have it sent in for testingI was then given a new phone with the belief that it was a replacement phoneThen the bill comes with the new phone added to the total This is the first I knew that I would be charged for your malfunctioning phoneIf you believed that the phone was damaged through my fault, I should have been told that before I was given a replacement phone If I would have been told that I needed a new phone I would have chosen a compatible one from ***.*** and had what I wanted After my bill came, I went to my local office and was given a picture that was not possibly my phone but told that it was I was told my phone had water damage even though I never take my phone near water I guess that your company can claim anything to get out of providing a replacement phone I suppose I have learned one thing, always take my own picture before the phone is out of my hands I cannot give your customer service an acceptable rating I will keep this situation in mind and will be certain to tell others about your so called warranty and customer service As I must stand by my contract, I suppose you have the customer over the proverbial barrel

We reviewed the *** complaint. On 3/17/we processed the return of both handsets and apologize for any inconvenience this caused them. We hope in the future to provide service to the ***

I would accept months of free prepaid service, due to the constant and ongoing issues with my service & my accountOr a full refund of my service beginning 04/thru 11/

We have spoken to Ms*** on Tuesday, November 3,
and have agreed to extend her service for months. If Ms*** accepts this resolution her
service would be extended through April 30,

Viero had sufficient time to correct any and all problems and absolutely refused to do soWe worked with them until the first of this year and could not come to agreeable terms. They could not provide reasonable services and we do not feel we should have to pay for unreasonable service. This complaint will be forwarded on to the FCC

I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meAgain I state "I WILL JUST HANDLE THIS THRU THE FCC. VIERO WAS ADVISED OF POOR SERVICE. THEIR OWN PAID TECHNICIAN STATED THE PROBLEM WAS DUE TO VIERO EQUIPMENT NOT BEING INSTALLED AT AN APPROPRIATE HEIGHT. WE HAD INITIALLY REQUESTED THE UNLIMITED INTERNET CONTRACT TERMINATED DUE TO THROTTLING A UNLIMITED ACCESS ACCOUNT. THE SECOND ISSUE IS WE MOVED IN NOVEMBER AND NOTIFIED VIERO OF OUR NEW ADDRESS AND THEY WOULD NOT RECOGNIZE IT AND STATED SINCE THEY DO NOT OFFER SUITABLE SERVICE IN THE NEW AREA THEY WOULD BE UNABLE TO CHANGE OUR ADDRESS TO THE NEW TO REFLECT OUR SERVICE ADDRESS.
VIERO CAN CONTINUE TO MAINTAIN THEY PROVIDE A VALUABLE USEFUL SERVICE UNTIL THE END OF TIME BUT UNTIL I SEE VIERO TOWERS IN THE STATE OF TEXAS I WILL NOT ACCEPT THEIR ANSWER. THEIR OWN CONTRACTS STATE THEY MUST AND WILL PROVIDE SERVICE AT A SUITABLE RATETHEY ALSO STATE IF THE NEW ADDRESS IS IN A NON-SERVICED AREA THEN THE CONTRACT CAN BE RELEASED. IF THEY WANT TO SEND ME A BILL FOR THE AMOUNT OF SERVICES USED UNTIL EARLY DECEMBER THEN I WILL GLADLY PAY THIS BUT I WILL NOT PAY THEM ANY MONIES FOR THROTTLE ACCOUNTS THAT STATE UNLIMITED. *** WAS JUST SUED IN FEDERAL COURT FOR THROTTLING UNLIMITED ACCOUNT BACK IN AND THE FCC HAS POSITIONED THEIR SELVES VERY FIRMLY

I had been a long time Viaero customer with no issues when I lived in western Nebraska However, when my job moved me to Omaha, my service coverage was awful So one year after making the job move, I terminated by Viaero service in February At this time, I had a credit on my account I patiently waited for a refund Finally in June 2015, I called to find out where the refund was I was told that they don't send refunds until the customer calls to verify their address I have had my bills at my current address for over months I confirmed my billing address as the one where I wanted the check to be sent I was told approximately weeks So now weeks later, I call Viaero to find out what happened to my refund I am told that a check was cut in June and sent to my old address (not the one confirmed as they requested) They sent it to an address that I have not lived at (or received bills) for over a year Now I wait again I am told another 2-weeks So, if I was this late with payment to them, they would cut me off, charge me penalties and interest I was told that they would not pay interest, simply the original amount of my refund It was my money to begin with, but they have held it hostage now for over months Even if I move back into a Viaero service area, I would not go back to their service because they don't appear to care about maintaining good customer care It is not about the money, it is the principle of customer service

We would like to look into this situation, can the customer, please provide their account number or the phone number on the account Thank you

This phone company is the worst in the business!!! I have tried for two weeks to have my phone fixed and all the tell me is spend another dollars on a refurbished piece of *** instead if sending my phone in and fixing itI have paid for insurance on this phone which is a *** scam too

The customer did contact Viaero after the account was charged for returning the locked device and the device has since been unlocked and the customer has been credited. The customer does have a promotion lines of service is + phone installments and tax. A voicemail has been left
for the customer to further discuss the account and any further questions he might have
